The staff is friendly they're all helpful. As an adult dealing with mental illness and actually going to the doctor for the first time to do with it they made it a lot smoother than I thought it would be

Genuinely surprised to see any negative reviews. My experience with Done has been seamless. I was able to make an appointment, meet with a doctor who seemed like he cared (not just throwing medication at a problem), and filled my prescription. Done has reached out multiple times to make sure my treatment is working for me, and thankfully it is but there is the option to meet with my doctor if needed. Would recommend.

My experience was great, however I can see how everyone's experience may vary based on the assignment of clinician. My meeting started on time, was very professional and I felt comfortable. The website seems clean besides the confusion regarding messaging/consult which was explained during my session. Overall I think the experience can vary based on the assignment.

Done has been great, and has improved my access to mental health care that is really difficult to attain in my area. I've been using Done for almost a year. I've never had a problem with my provider, refills, communication, or getting my prescriptions filled. My initial appointment was thorough and she provided excellent care and advice for my life and advice when updating my PCP. A few follow up appointments were made to find the dosage right for me. Everything has been easy. Because of Done my quality of life has improved immensely. It improved my relationship with my wife and son. Also, my work life, work products, and work relationships have improved significantly. The other reviews confuse me, and I think it may be provider dependent and how well they can handle their high patient load. I don't know for sure, but for me, my provider has been a saint, has always been there, and has treated me wonderfully. Thank you, Done!

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Done, the process of scheduling an appointment was straightforward. My doctor is extremely knowledgeable and described different medications and their effects, some of which I haven’t been aware of. It’s easy to communicate with the Done team and customer service is great.
