Would be sure great if Done could find me one! Ignored all requests for help. Finally figured out that my pharmacy (Rite Aid) has blocked them, so I switched pharmacies--still, nothing. Seeing this on the front page of the website was a total slap in the face to a long term customer. Done as a company is clearly done, but they're not upfront or honest enough to quit advertising to new customers when they know darn well they cannot handle the ones they've got!

Done switched me to a new provider. Turns out this new provider wasn't even enrolled in my state database, so my prescriptions aren't covered. I need this corrected immediately, and I shouldn't have been routed to a provider that wasn't properly credentialed. I made my state very clear all along and reached out weeks in advance for this exact concern. Yet, here I am again with another major issue from Done. It's so unacceptable. Original Review Pre-Update: Update- Out of medication again because Done sent the prescription over incorrectly and don’t have the provider resources to get it corrected at the pharmacy. Instead, they expect you to wait multiple days without medication. I’ve gone without medication so many times with them, so I asked two weeks in advance, and they still can’t resolve these issues in a timely manner. It’s impossible to get them to communicate with you directly, instead they bounce you around and even when you very clearly explain what is wrong, it takes them 3 to 7 days to discuss internally and MAYBE get back to you with a reasonable next step. When really the fix should only take 10 seconds. It’s so frustrating that you can’t get ahold of a provider who can help you. They just respond on behalf of the provider with generic messages that keep you waiting. Posting this so hopefully they will contact my pharmacy and get my two prescriptions verified and filled. Original Review: I’ve been without my refill for a week, and it’s not the first time. Done has terrible customer service and struggles for days to get routine things like prior authorizations submitted. They’ve asked me multiple times for the same information and reassure me they’re working on the refill and it has been marked as “urgent”. But there is no urgency, and my messages to them are routinely ignored. Their “urgent” phone line also goes to voicemail, which is fitting. It’s takes days for them to follow up on the simplest things or to get ahold of the provider or PA team. It’s frustrating to say the least. Not super fun to go days without medication purely because they can’t work internally to get a prescription sent and authorized. I really need them to work with my insurance to get the proper PAs submitted today along with the prescriptions…but I’m not counting on it.

Have been a customer/patient for close to 2 years. It’s never been seamless. Sometimes your practitioner is rude, the signing in process doesn’t always work, a lot of steps and margin for error for a company that specializes in working with people with ADHD/ADD, and sometimes they just don’t respond for days/weeks. However, it worked for me as I live in the middle of nowhere and health care is hours away. I’m now over a week out of stopping my medications abruptly, I explained to my NP that I was running low but due to a missed appointment (not my error, zoom switched me treatment rooms and I was not made aware until after my appointment time was over), she couldn’t fill my prescription until I made another appointment. Fast forward, I’ve made it through the requested steps and have not heard another word from her. I messaged her again asking for advice, I messaged the company, no response. Terrible customer service for a PAID SERVICE!! I understand mishaps happen but a forced cold turkey on the medications is not only brutal but also irresponsible on DONE’s behalf and not advised by medical professionals.

HORRIBLE. It takes them forever to refill prescriptions. They do not acknowledge emails- I have called numerous times - no answer. I have been emailing and calling atleast 7 times and I am STILL WAITING. You are forced to go a week without medicine if you run out. Seek another option if you are on the fence.

I am now 10 days past due for my refill and was told it would be called in last week but STILL nothing. I work 10-12 hours a day and have had to call pharmacy after pharmacy to try and track down a prescription that they told me was called in with no success. As others have stated, it started out very professional, but after my first months prescription and paying the nearly $800 annual fee I am now at a point of extreme frustration. The caregiver that originally told me she would be there ANY time I needed has been nonexistent. I’m at my wits end

They started out fine and very helpful, but now I have to email them several times to get them to refill my prescription. This month I have emailed them 5 or 6 times and even called and they're not giving me any sort of response or even acknowledging my emails. Im getting so frustrated because the meds have helped me so much but now theyre making me go over a week without getting it months in a row. I'm probably going to have to dispute this month's charge since they're refusing to help.

This company went from being extremely helpful and professional to completely disappearing and can’t get a response! Was suppose to have a refill at beginning of the month and no refill was sent but I was still charged my fee! I have sent over 10 messages and either get a generic response stating we are looking into this or absolutely nothing which has been this last 7 days now! Extremely disappointed in how they are handling what ever is going on with their practice right now! Y’all should be ashamed at what you are doing!

Everything started off well. I quickly got a consultation and they gave me a diagnosis. But, that's where the good part ends. It's been over two weeks and I've never received my medication. They take days to "respond" to messages and their responses are riddled with grammatical errors while giving me the runaround. They keep asking me what my preferred pharmacy is (I've told them THREE times) but they've never sent the prescription over. They happily took my money though... I contacted my credit card company about getting my money back, we'll see how that goes... EDIT: It is extremely ironic that Done has replied to my TrustPilot review but hasn't replied to the COUNTLESS messages I've sent them. Here's a tip, spend your time fixing customer issues BEFORE they complain about them publically!
