If you are looking for counseling with symptom management this is probably not your stop. This is for the ones with long term adhd that know about their mental illness (feels weird saying that). For tips and tricks, funny enough tiktok can help. For medication that often can be unreliable when you have to stop your daily life to drive to an office and see someone, this is the perfect solution. They send it to the pharmacy which has been a help. I only wish they opened a calendar up a little further in advance. They have been so reliable and so helpful when I moved. I was a travel nurse and being able to get medication reliably has been difficult until done. Honestly, with school, work, and travel, it has been a life saver. I have been with them two years. Even with health insurance and a stable home and job, I will probably keep them for simplicity.

My consultation with Gisele was great. Very professional, and I feel as though all of my needs and concerns were very well addressed. I have had constant follow up from various outreach, and feel as though I am in good hands. I would recommend Done to anyone that is in need of treatment for ADHD.

I am so happy with my experience using Done. They have really improved their customer service and overall user experience. I started using Done right after they launched. There were growing pains the first few months, so the customer service experience was to be desired. That said, they have improved all aspects of service, and I look forward to see what they do next to increase user experience even more. Definitely recommend this service.

I'm here to pay back my good karma and make sure I update this review bc baby, things have really changed when I really didn't expect them to. I had a really awful time with Done during my first year with them. Really similar to a lot of these reviews on here, and things got absolutely insanely worse once the shortage really took a toll here in NYC. I had to stop bc I was just throwing money down the drain without getting any medication and dealing with them was making my stress and emotional disregulation even worse. About 5 months have passed and while I've been constantly working on creating good habits, finding supplements that help, grinding away on my mental health and self love journey, it has been absolutely brutal to exist unmedicated. In a moment of clarity I went back to Done and ask if I resubscribed if I would please be able to be assigned a new doctor. There was a little disorganization around that process but about 2 weeks later I had an appointment and I am absolutely blown away by the difference. Her name is Jessica Staco, Nurse Practitioner and she was amazing to talk to, even just came off as so much more knowledgable and empathetic. I was in awe. And without me even talking about my previous experience she assured me I could just message her if I had problems with getting my prescription and she would respond as soon as she could to help out. I did have a minor hiccup and she DID respond the same day, in a couple hours and it managed to resolve itself anyway. She is amazing. And on top of that, Done sent me multiple reminders about my appointment and even follow ups to make sure that I got my prescription. Which anyone with adhd will know, these things are so necessary! I am so fully impressed with Done's improvement, I happily leave this review with 5 stars today because it looks like they have worked to improve every single aspect that led to my negative experience the first time and I hold no grudges. Life is about being better than you were yesterday bay-bee!
