Done as a service works great on auto-pilot, so to speak, but when it comes to actual consultations and requests, customer support and more personalized patient services this provider is awful. I've been trying to reach out to my provider for the last few weeks to get prior authorization for medication refills since I will be traveling out of the country for the next few months. My provider only submitted a prescription refill request and hasn't verbally authorized my refills with the pharmacy. The pharmacy and I have tried reaching out to the provider to get this approved, but there's been silence and no follow up correspondence from my provider whatsoever. I also tried contacting Done through their emergency line and have never once been connected to an actual representative or individual from the provider. To say I'm disappointed with this service is an understatement and I will look for alternatives upon returning from my travels.

Be warned - your prescription will not be filled. Done has one foot in the grave.
I started with Done in February of 2022 because local doctors in my area had 6+ month waitlists and my inability to stay focused was beginning to negatively affect my job performance. My experience has been consistently terrible.
My first appointment was on February 3, to which my provider was over 30 minutes late. When he finally arrived, the feedback on the video portal was so bad that he had me call his personal cellphone for my consultation. 20 minutes later I had a diagnosis, a prescription for a low dose of Adderall, and an unsuccessful sales pitch for a shady therapy app you often hear sponsoring true crime podcasts.
Two weeks later I had no update on my prescription. I reached out to Done support and received no response. I reached out to my provider and received no response. I called the customer emergency line which disconnects after 10 minutes of hold time. After several days of no response, I posted my first review here. I received an email from support, several messages from my provider, and 4 back to back phone calls from customer support- all in under 10 minutes of posting a critical review. My prescription was taken care of within a few days, but the majority of these correspondences were asking me to delete my review. They were far more concerned with bad press than getting my prescription filled.
I stuck with Done because the medication was life changing. But every month after, I had to chase my prescription. The autofill cadence was never correct, which I brought to someone’s attention every time. Thankfully I don’t take my 30 day supply daily, but I still came close to running out almost every month.
In May, Done was dropped by CVS. Since that time, my prescription has been rejected by every major pharmacy chain and several mom & pop pharmacies because they can’t get in contact with any actual person- let alone the prescribing physician.
Last week I reached out to Done requesting any medical records they had and today they responded by terminating my account.
FDA investigations notwithstanding, all signs point to Done shutting down sooner rather than later. If you’re considering joining, don’t. If you’re considering leaving because of the horrendous quality of care, also consider reporting your assigned provider to their state medical board. I can’t imagine being a licensed medical professional, seeing this awful business model, and saying “yes, this is the standard of care I hold myself to.”
I truly can’t wait for the inevitable lawsuits surrounding Done and similar startups. This whole experience has been a nightmare.

Extremely unhappy
Extremely unhappy. No pharmacy will take their prescriptions and they have no interest in helping you find one (that stuff on their front page is nonsense)
They’ve been deleting comments on their Instagram pages too.
Shady shady shady—avoid at all costs.
Don’t ask me for a request for more information if you’re just going to ignore me, either.

I have never written a review for a company before but I have had such a negative experience with Done I actually feel compelled to warn others. After they took my money and did a consultation, my prescription was never filled and I have tried contacting support every day for over a week now for help. I am currently on the phone with their helpline which has never picked up in the eight days I have been calling them. Do not use.

Scam Company. Avoid!
They are good at charging you the initial consultation fee and charging your card every month but that's it. If you have a question and need to contact them good luck because they will not answer the phone or respond to your email. This is the worst company and most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. Avoid them at all costs.

I'm devastated reading other bad reviews...
I came on this site to see if others were experiencing the same issues, and I guess I should've read these reviews before seeking help from DONE. I'm devastated reading these reviews and thinking that I must've made a terrible mistake trusting this company with my money and my time. I already get late responses to my requests and I've only been using this service for a short time. I was so hopeful that I found a company to make ADHD treatment easier, but so far it's been such a disappointment. They obviously have enough time to come onto this website and respond to each and every bad review, so they should have plenty of time to take care of their customers ahead of time instead, before we desperately end up here leaving them a bad review. I'm just so sad to find out that I've misplaced my trust, and that they're obviously not living up to all of the promises they made. During my initial appointment, my clinician was so nice and she assured me that they're very responsive and easy to contact, but it's just simply not true. It doesn't matter how you reach out, you just won't hear back from anyone until they get around to you I guess. If you call their number there's never any answer, and messages via text and email go unanswered for days. If you go in the system to try to schedule a follow up appointment it says your provider appears to have a full schedule. It's just such a horrible place to be left, hoping they'll finally get around to helping you or wondering if you should just cancel. Of course, then all of the time and money you've spent already is a complete waste. And in the meantime I see commercials and ads for DONE and I know people are getting sucked into the system just like I was. I'm just so disappointed and defeated by the whole experience. UPDATED: By this morning (next day) someone from DONE has already gone in and responded to this poor review by asking me for more information. I submitted the info they were asking for, and still no one has contacted me or helped to fix my problem. I doubt anyone ever will, but they just want people reading my review to think they have addressed my concerns. I just needed to come back and clarify that although they immediately made a comment about caring about their customers, my issue has not been addressed in any way.

3 stars is entirely too high
I love how all the bad reviews have these fake replies from Done acting like they care... At all. They don't. Once you get past all the smoke and mirrors, their entire support system is based off one of those offshore international phone farms where people pick names off a list of "nice" sounding names like Zach or Tina or Gabe. The ones where they use all the little catchphrases in their psychology curriculum. "I understand. Let's see what we can do to help." (Lies) "I'm sorry you went through that. We're going to do the best we can." (More lies)
The first month is probably the only month you'll feel this service is useful. Ive been with done for over a year. I haven't received a single prescription on time. This last prescription has taken over a month. The one before even longer because CVS and Rite Aid no longer carry the specific generic brand Done prescribes. To that note, a pharmacy change takes "48-72" hours. In Done talk, that means one month. Minimum. Their service is a joke. Email is a joke. Phone system is a joke. Don't expect any actual help that's on time.

Donefirst clinician told me they would fill my prescription last week. Great. I call the pharmacy at the end of the day, no prescription had been called in. I sent a message to Donefirst that day asking what the issue was.
This was 6 days ago. I have since sent 10+ messages to Done support. They have responded, but always telling me to "wait 24 hours for response" or "give them more time" - which is completely unacceptable. Prescription still NOT filled. Pharmacy NEVER received any contact from Done.
It's taken so long that I had to schedule an appointment with a real doctor for this week. Now I am paying double for this month - one payment to Donefirst, and another to a real doctor.
This is not a game. This is medical treatment. If you can't prescribe medicine, then you need to TELL PEOPLE IMMEDIATELY so that they can make other arrangements.
Do not ever use this company or trust them for any reason.
EDIT: They responded to my public Trustpilot post in under 1 hour, but have yet to even call my pharmacy AFTER SIX FREAKING DAYS. I would literally delete my review if you simply called my pharmacy, but no. You'd rather pay a social media assistant to respond to reviews than actually do your job. This company is a joke.
It's not an issue with my pharmacy, either. My pharmacy has assured me that they will fill a prescription from any licensed provider, including TeleHealth providers such as Done. But Done just never bothered to send in my script. Completely unacceptable.
