Hard to get in touch with provider sometimes

I haven't even SEEN a provider and dealing with Done. has been nothing but a headache. Unauthorized charges, refusal to refund - I finally just filed a complaint with the BBB. They do NOT have next day appointments (I had to wait three weeks) and it's nearly impossible to actually get ADHD meds. UPDATE: After writing a review here and filing a complaint with the BBB, I finally got a response from customer service and they refunded the amount I was charged.

When I first started with Done, it was a bit rough and then things seemed to improve significantly. I will say that over the last few months things are rough again and their customer service has declined. Their customer service team can take up to two weeks to respond to an email, which could be damaging to a patient that needs immediate assistance. Trying to get an appointment with your dr/practitioner is near to impossible. When I emailed Done to help me schedule an appointment and if they could send me available times, I was told that they don't have any times and I'll be put on a wait list. Not sure how getting on a wait list is going to help me when there is no time frame indicated. If you never need to speak to a doctor or never need to have your meds adjusted, then the auto refill function on the site works great. If you need special assistance or want to actually meet with your doctor, then be prepared to wait a long time for assistance.

This service is great for someone like myself who can’t necessarily afford a psychiatrist. I’ve had some good providers and some awful. My current provider is great, but I hate the lack of communication you can have with your provider outside of one very short consult a month. The most frustrating aspect of Done is the flakiness. Some months your prescription is on time, some times it’s not. Some times your provider is there, sometimes they go off the grid. I’ve been using for a year and I will say about half the time my script is sent on time. And if you don’t have it on time, it takes multiple emails to get someone to answer you to get it filled. Gets very frustrating when you’re paying for a service to fill your script, but you never know if you are actually going to get that script. Sent my request for refill 5 days ago, still haven’t heard from anyone after multiple emails to the service. It makes getting medication much more stressful than it needs to be. Every month, I feel like I have to hoard some of my medication just in case they don’t fill it in time for the next month. Very frustrating. If you can afford a psychiatrist, go there.

I do think Done. is a legitimate service, but sometimes they are flakey. If you’re paying a subscription for an RX that helps you function, then you would think they would be more consistent. There have been times my prescription was sent late, on their part. Currently 3 days past from my current script usual pick up date. Slightly disappointed.

I love the convenience of the app but I get frustrated with the constant changing of doctors. I get assigned a new doctor every 1-2 visits so there is no consistency and I feel like I have to keep starting from scratch explaining all the stuff I’ve already tried and why it did/didn’t work.

Establishing with a PMHNP/MD can be really difficult as there are often long waitlists to get in to see a provider. What I love about Done is they can match you with a provider within days (2-5 days easily.) I had an incredible experience with my provider, and we had some technology difficulties with our second visit but we made it work and everything was fine. The issue I’m running in to is communication between Done and my pharmacy. I’m debating switching pharmacies as it’s delaying me a few days every time I go to refill my medications because CVS is saying they are missing information they need from my provider/Done. This may be a CVS-specific issue BUT it is really difficult to get ahold of someone from Done for support. It’s worse than getting ahold of someone at your local cable company. If you submit an issue, it takes them 2-3 days to reply with “someone will review this soon!” and then it takes another week to get a response. If they had a call center or a live chat for platform support this would be 5 stars across the board.

I had an appointment scheduled for 6pm I checked in and signed on at 555 pm did the video and sound check passed and waited … and waited and waited it said Kim the dr I was meant to see was available and video will start soon it never did 15 minutes go by I sent a message in the chat nothing she popped up on the screen at 6:25 pm saying I’m late for my appointment ?!?! And she couldn’t see me or reschedule and I’d have to go through the app which wants to charge me another 200 and no way to get ahold of support. Beyond furious ! **update support was quick to get back to me after this post they rescheduled me a new dr a few days later. I planned for the appointment and the night before it got rescheduled for the next day so I arranged my schedule again just for it to get rescheduled again last minute a week later ! Support was very responsive they even would text me for quicker response which I appreciated they managed to fix it by getting me in the very next day with a doctor who ended up being great. Hope the process going forward is smooth.
