Have had no issues for 6 months but I now have radio silence from my provider, my RX refill is today and no word at all. I send them a message in the portal 3-4 days ago and still nothing.

...Done First seems like THEY actually have ADHD.
My recent experience with Done kind of echoes a lot of the other reviews on here. I signed up back in early April and had an appointment about two weeks later. That prescription was at the pharmacy, but the other one we'd discussed wasn't.
I emailed and tried calling at least twice weekly for a month, only to get autoresponders and no answers. Eventually they answered on the second prescription, but then suddenly there was an issue with the first and with the prescriber I'd been working with.
They emailed asking me to fill out a form to change my pharmacy -- which I did immediately, but that never made it into their system. They texted about it again, so I called and spoke to someone (finally) at length about it and was told it would be another week. I wrote in again 10 days later and was charged for a prescription, waiting to see if it actually arrives.
I think they're likely struggling from growing pains and as a new company -- not scamming people, but if I were to sum up my experience thus far with them, it's basically like dealing with an ADHD person who isn't on their medicine because they ordered it from Done First. ;-)

I have been trying to get my medication..
I have been trying to get my medication filled for over a week now with no success. I have been on hold with them for 30 minutes as of now and my 3 emails have gone without a response. It seems they are responding to people on here so I really hope this helps me get my situation resolved.
EDIT - I'm currently getting help with my situation and have updated my review to 2 stars since I was able to get help with this issue. If this gets straightened out I will happily update my rating to 5 stars!

Lack of communication
Impossible to get an appointment and consistent delays in getting a refill. The initial process was seamless and the provider was helpful and recommended I check back in, but since then I have been unable to reach him or any other provider on the team. The support team responds to inquiries after several days but seldom has a solution, appointments with a provider are unavailable, and consultations must be done with a provider. I paid for a year but am looking into a chargeback as they have left me without a satisfactory resolution on any of my inquiries.

Great option if it's your ONLY option
The ability to work around my schedule for appointments was what drew me in. It was okay for first few months. When the pharmacies stopped filling done prescriptions, it took weeks for the to actually help me and get my meds.
I'm not even sure if I'm on the right dosage- typically ADHD treatment with meds involves some tweaking with dosage to find the right amount of symptom improvement with minimal side effects. This process is called tritration, and involves a lot of patient logging effects and checking in with their doctor. The Done model does not support this!
The prescribers are 1099's, not actually employees. This presents a problem, if there is a crackdown on ADHD meds being prescribed, these professionals could lose their medical license and there is no protection for them from Done. This makes them hesitant to change your dosage even if requested by the patient. Done insulates the company from liability, but be it also has patients.
Today, though, I had to meet with a new prescriber, and my experience was AWFUL. As soon as this months meds are filled, I'm looking for a behavioral health practice locally.
What went wrong today? Right AFTER the prescribers had asked me if I was experiencing any negative side effects, (which I replied "none at all. But I'm not sure if my dosage is correct as I'm still experiencing a lot of symptoms")
She says, "you can skip your meds on days you don't have to work, they're to be taken as needed. You're not supposed to take it every day." I don't understand as having ADHD effects every aspect of my life, everyday. So I said, "what about days I have to drive?" She responds, "You need @dderall to drive?? I haven't heard of that." Uh, what? Is she even familiar with treating ADHD?
Then at the end she says, you have to have a follow up appointment between September and October. It is your responsibility to remember to schedule, I DO NOT send reminders."
Is this seriously the person I have to go to? I'm not okay.
The implied message I got today:
"I know this is a condition which effects your working memory, so I'm going to need you to ✨simply override✨ that. If your symptoms are severe enough to warrant medication, maybe you can have your anxiety push you to TRY HARDER to remember. Either way, it's not my problem ✌️"

Extremely frustrated!
I am so frustrated with this company.
I gave it two stars because my initial experience was great. My appointment was easy to set up and the physician was kind and put me at ease. She set me up with a prescription plan and the script was sent in within 3 days.
Over the next few months we upped the dosage twice, and she was easy to get ahold of. I was a little surprised when she scheduled a zoom follow up appointment without reaching out to see if it worked for me time-wise, but it was fine.
Last month it took 12 days for my prescription to be refilled. Normally my provider is very good at sending in my refill to the pharmacy within 3 days. Having to wait so long left me without medication for a week. The effects of cold turkey stopping adhd meds are a nightmare. After a few emails to support I finally got it filled, but they almost treated it as if it were a problem on my end, and my provider didn’t even acknowledge it.
This month has been wayyyy worse. I have been waiting over two weeks, about 17 days, for my refill to be sent to the pharmacy. First they told me I needed to find a new pharmacy as mine (Walgreens) was no longer taking online orders from Done. After insisting I’d spoken to Walgreens who assured me that they do, in fact, take orders from Done, I got an email essentially saying “it looks like Walgreens does take orders from us”. Obviously.
More days passed, I sent more emails and started calling the “urgent line” which I’ve yet to have anyone answer. I then get an email saying my provider is leaving and they will have a temporary provider refill my script. The phrasing made it seem like they were aware she was no longer taking clients, but no one notified me. Now it’s been a week and I still have no refill.
Since then I’ve gotten frustrated to irritated to realllllly pissed off. It’s been 17 days and no refill, no contact, and the only responses I’ve gotten to my emails have essentially made themselves sound blameless and I’ve not been told “we’ll take care of this for you as quickly as possible” or even “sorry.” No one answers the call line and my email responses are generic and dismissive.
We all know the things that come with cold turkeying adderall- a “crash”, fatigue, sluggish, a heavy spike in appetite, living in a “fog”. It’s affected my day to day and my work. I can’t believe a company in charge of people’s medical needs would be okay with someone being unmedicated in an unsafe way for two weeks, and it’s just “fine” with them.
I would also like to make it clear my complaints here are not about my provider/clinician/dr, whatever the phrasing is. She was lovely and easy to work with. My issue is directly with the company Done First.

Ultimately, a huge disappointment
My pharmacy messed up a prescription refill several days ago - bad on my pharmacy, but when they lose an electronic prescription what else can they do but require another.
But I have tried since 1 week ago to get the refill submitted and Done will not respond.
Sent multiple messages on the site.
Sent email to the support mailbox.
No reply still.
Even tried calling. After 8 minutes and 30 seconds on hold the automated voice says goodbye and hangs up... 3 times in a row yesterday and only once today (not trying again).
I recognize it's just a dispensary for Adderall - but when I pay a monthly fee I expect service. This isn't poor service, it's not service at all.

My membership has been cancelled twice…
My membership has been cancelled twice for a “declined payment” when I have the money in my account. It says the reason for the decline this time is because of the wrong security code for my card but I JUST updated it last night and double checked my entry because that was the reason I had to enroll again for the last time. I cannot reach customer service now because they have yet again deactivated my account! This is super inconvenient and when I get a text message in the middle of class (which is why I need my medication) that is VERY unnerving especially when it costs $150 per initial consultation that adds up for a student! I’m very disappointed!
