My membership for some reason is paused and I can’t get any response to why!

I have been a member for four years. There have been many bumps over the years, changes in providers or limited availabilities for providers but I have managed the previous issues with optimism and continued the services and support due overall positive experiences; it would take longer to find a local provider or travel to one. Also during these situations there was always someone to talk to or received a response from, this is no longer how they are operating. However, after this past month due to the ongoing and persistent lack of communication with this organization I will have to find an alternative. I checked in with my provider 25 days ago and have had minimal assistance or support during this time. I have had appointments canceled with minimal notice. I actually was getting prepared for my appointment when I realized I received a text the night before at 10 pm saying my “appointment was successfully cancelled”-this wasn’t something I canceled and was not given any notice that this could/would happen. And was only informed by a text (no email and no phone call to inform me of the cancelation or support in rescheduling). I have sent numerous emails to discuss the ethical implication and the lack of services and support with minimal (if any response). They say that it can take 3 days for response, but that is not happening. They offer for you to schedule a time for a representative to call you. And these appointments are a week out. I am not receiving any updates on my care or treatment plan. I hate to close my account but with the complete lack of support, I have been given no other option. If you are considering this service, please consider the current limited support in making that decision. Edit to add: when I attempt to schedule using the link provided in the response, this is the message I receive—“ All appointment types are private, none are available for scheduling.” Time and time again, this is what I experience, no communication and no access to communicate.

The good reviews they’ve got must be from their staff because I don’t have anything good to say about them.If I could do 0 stars I would. This company is a joke & I don’t recommend anyone even associating themselves with it. They never reply to emails & charge your bank account over and over with no service. STAY AWAY!!!!

Been with Done for a year. All has been well until this month. Can't seem to get a response from anyone. Been out of medication for a week. Canceled subscription just a few minutes ago. Great service when it worked but 2 people with Done had to get gready...

HORRIBLE, 3 months of paying and no medication ever sent. Terrible customer service

I was told to contact customer service and sent a link to do so which is booked two weeks out. No one has called me. I’ve emailed customer support over 10 times. I just want my money back which they withdrew from my account after my account had been deactivated for months (another thing that has happened multiple times), and the only reason i scheduled an appointment and gave this another shot is because an actual human being called me. Support claim #’s: #1070217, #1070098, #1070087, #1070078, #1070075, #1071800, #1072926 In case Done actually wants to do something useful and call me to fix this^^^^^^^ The urgent line link does not work. Absolutely useless

I’ve always had a good experience in the past aside from the last two weeks which are incredibly concerning from a platform that is prescribing a medication. I’ve been trying to refill my prescription (same for the past year) and I’ve gotten the same generic response twice saying that I would receive a response in 3 days ???? I clicked on the link “if you need urgent support please schedule a call with our care team at a time that suits you“ to see that the soonest appointment is in two weeks and my providers soonest availability is in over a month from now. I requested a refill with plenty of time but now I am completely out of medication and supposed to be leaving for a three week trip to Europe. I am so unbelievably disappointed and frustrated. I didn’t realize that I would need to report to leaving negative reviews to hopefully get my prescription medication filled to go about living my daily life.
