Not sure about these negative reviews, but I’ve had nothing but a great experience with my provider and this company. For those leaving negative reviews regarding the national shortage and unable to fill your Rx keep in mind it’s not this company/the provider’s fault - have some common sense. With that being said, 5 stars for sure. Thank you for all that you do!

This has literally, hands down been a life saver for me. The difference before and after is like night and day. I honestly don’t know how I went through school and work prior to this. Right now is my careers busy season and moving from an office environment to now two+ years later I was struggling. Every day I was sliding more and more into the inability to focus on my work and instead was working all day but somehow getting nothing actually done. In an office environment I was forced to complete tasks but now working from home with no alternative was taxing and difficult. I knew something was wrong which only caused me more stress. I am just so happy that I came across DONE and gave them a chance. Thank you!

As someone with ADHD, and coping with the adderall shortage, DONE has been a home run and a *job* saver for me. My work is incredibly detail oriented and our busy season is right now, so I got the help I needed in the easiest and most efficient way I could have with DONE. It was painless and easy to get the help I needed. I am so happy with my service and will be referring my friends and family to DONE.

Done. made my experience very simple and approachable for someone that struggles with going to see doctors in person. They did not have appointments when I first signed up, but emailed me a week later when they had a doctor in my area with availability. I was able to set an appointment 3 weeks later, which is pretty fast for a Psychiatrist. There have been a lot of changes to the law this year that have cracked down on e-doctors visits, so I believe Done. has been trying to help the issue by only matching you with a doctor close to you, so you can still get a prescription. My doctor was very kind, quickly understood my rambling and made it coherent, gave me what he thought was the best choice for a prescription, and asked my thoughts on the plan. He also suggested alternatives to medicine for me to try. It was clear that he cared about a whole wellness approach and finding what would work best for my work/home situation. I admit I was apprehensive to try Done. after reading so many negative reviews on TrustPilot recently, but I think those reviews are probably coming from people that have been affected by the recent law changes and Done. is probably still trying to catch up and help their existing patients in states affected by these laws. I imagine if you are a new patient you will probably not have an issue because Done. will match you with someone local from the get-go, and it tells you on the website if your state disallows e-visits. If you are in a state that will allow e-visit prescriptions, Done. is an excellent option. I have been shocked at how well the medication has worked for me. I did not realize it would eliminate my anxiety and calm me so exceedingly well. I am very grateful that I was able to finally get a diagnosis so swiftly and easily. I highly recommend this website if you live in a state that will allow it.

I had the most amazing experience. The NP was incredible. He listened and asked questions and even helped me have a mini breakthrough. I was prescribed some medication to help me through a difficult time in my life. While it’s hard to find therapists these days, the NPs suggestion of incorporating yoga or meditation to supplement my new medication has worked wonders. I was in a sad, anxious place and I can finally see the light again. Only hiccup to whole process was due to me providing the wrong insurance card. Easy fix and seamless transaction otherwise.

The website is easy to navigate once registered. The ease to get the evaluation and treatment as compared to other service providers is second to none which I appreciate. And the transparency in the whole process makes everything worthwhile. Thank you DoneADHD Team!

Dr. Kirk Tjalas has been extremely helpful with diagnosing and finding a suitable medication for me. Making an appointment with your primary care physician has endless hoops to jump through and a lengthy waiting period. I’ve found Dr. Tjalas to be extremely swift in with sending the medication to my pharmacy. Every time I’ve had a question he replies and has very helpful links to understand what you’re taking better. Couldn’t ask for a better experience thank you!
