Had my my first appointment rescheduled because the doctor was too busy. Doctor never showed up for the second appointment. I was charged the $179 despite never seeing the doctor. I had to call and battle for a refund only to find out they’ve been charging me $79 a month since April despite not using their services once. Bad customer service. This is a scam.

First and foremost, Avoid this company at all costs!! At first, Done worked almost as advertised - I frequently had to login to the portal to remind the prescriber my prescription was due to refill, but when I would do that I would get a fairly prompt response (although I should mention Done advertises itself as submitting refills automatically - reminding the subscribers to submit should not have been my responsibility). This has recently changed. Currently, my prescription is 2 weeks late for refill. It has been a week since I sent a message in the portal, and I still have not received an answer. Today I called and waited on-hold for 10 minutes before being prompted to leave a message. I did this multiple times, and I never spoke to anyone. This service is far too expensive to be this unreliable. At this point, I believe Done is committing fraud, and I am attempting to contact local law enforcement and medical licensing officials to launch an investigation.

I have been trying to contact Done for over one month using their consultation tool and have called multiple times, only to receive a message of "we are unable to take your call right now, please call back later". I am over one month past due for my prescription and cannot get ahold of anyone to resolve. I was also told that "we have no providers" for my state, indicating my provider/doctor has left and I was not notified. In addition, I had to change my pharmacy from CVS to Kroger due to DONE being dropped by many major chains. I can't get in touch with support, can't get my medication, can't schedule a doctors visit, and I get to pay $80 a month for the privilege. I was so happy with DONE and the improvement it made to my life, but this is the worst treatment I've ever received from any medical provider in my life.

I have used this service for a while now and it has been going downhill. I have an overdue refill and have not been getting any response from customer service or my provider. I have sent about 5 or 6 emails with NO response. Having ADHD, and not willing to wait out 8 months to see a Psychiatrist, I am now without any medication (as well as many others) with big project deadlines due very soon. I am very worried reading all of the other reviews here and seeing the same thing said over and over by many others. I am distraught and do not recommended anyone sign up for Donefirst unless you are prepared to give them cash while there is literally CRICKETS on the other end. This is a serious matter, as Donefirst is charging money only to not fill prescriptions on time, and taking several, several days to fill them (if they actually do), for clients who need their medication. So disappointed.

Cant reach them, each month is a battle for refills. Its as stressful as it can get. They dont call back and their phone service takes you to a hangup message after they dont pick up for 10 minutes. Theres plenty of people who can help without charging you monthly to not see you and not get your prescription refilled. UNETHICAL

Made appointment. Confirmed all emails and text. Money was charged and 9 minutes before when I logged in, my appointment was canceled for no reason. Portal now takes me to reschedule page and won't let me do anything from there. Sent email and will dispute charges if not refunded immediately. Do NOT USE. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! Prays on people struggling with overpriced appointments and no results. What next? They offer me an extended car warranty on a car I don't have?!? Furious is an understatement.

I hoped these negative reviews were just bad luck and not par for the course of dealing with this company. Like many others, I paid for multiple months of service to only get the run around on refills. You have to call and email and check the portal messages constantly to get a reply and even then, they are inconsistent and unhelpful. I paid for an entire extra month for me to make countless attempts to get services rendered that I paid for as a customer. They are a pill farm that takes your money and provides you nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Their shadiness knows no bounds, they delete countless negative reviews on their social media. Wonder why. Please do yourself a favor and run away fast from this company!! I bet they will be out of business very soon as many pharmacies are dropping them as a customer.

Absolutely a scam. Made an appointment, saw right as I hit enter with my credit card information that they were going to charge me 199 that wasn’t going to be covered by my insurance. I immediately tried to call them and sent an email. Called multiple times over the next day and a half and waited on hold for 10-15 minutes each time. I got charged and I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They got back to my credit card company relatively quickly to let them know that I didn’t cancel in the time frame so my dispute was denied. MEANWHILE they sent me an email saying no need to cancel as my account was inactive. Avoid this company at all costs. ***EDIT*** Never heard back from Done even though they asked for my information on this post. My credit card company and I got on the line with them and they agreed to refund my money. That was over a week and a half ago and I have not heard anything back, received a confirmation email they said they were sending, or received a refund.
