I've had a great experience with Done so far. Their team is readily available if I have questions and they've helped me out a lot these past months!

Getting medication for my ADHD has been a struggle since I was diagnosed in high school. The quarterly doctors visits were just too much for my full time job and family. Done First has made this so much easier! My doctor is very helpful and changed my medication according to my feedback. I am 100% happy with my results.

Update: I have changed my 2 stars 5. After my last review the customer service representative (Alfa) along with my provider worked very hard and was able to get my medication and also a free month for my troubles. Alfa followed up with me each day until I was able to get my medication and even contacted me after to make sure there wasn't anything I was in need of and to make sure I was satisfied. Also, some of the issues came from the pharmacies either not wanting to fill the prescriptions for whatever reasons, or others simply being out due to the current aderall shortage. At this time I am fully satisfied with DONE. and they have completely made things right. I really appreciate Alfa most of all for being so understanding and helpful. In the beginning I was very skeptical but they have completely proved me wrong. I will continue to update in the coming months as I am still a little nervous of how things will turn out as far as receiving my medication, response time and overall customer care goes but as of now I am satisfied. Thank you DONE. for recognizing the issue and making it right. I would also like to add if you go to the actual website and scroll all the way to the bottom you'll have the option to schedule a call. If you do it early enough youll get a call that same day. I have seen alot of people saying it's hard to get ahold of anyone but that is the method i used and it seemed to work better over waiting for a reply via email.

Zsa Zsa did an amazing job with helping to expedite my refill request during a time sensitive situation. She was prompt, helpful, and communicated effectively throughout the process.

was having trouble with renewing my prescription and someone from Done personally reached out to me and took care of the renewal issue and sent my prescription to my pharmacy within a couple of hours. Couldn't be more pleased with their service and taking care of everything for me.

Been with them for over a year - the only issues are with meds being out of stick but that is a nationwide shortage problem
