I can honestly say I have had a very good experience with Done. My job is very time consuming and leaving for appointments have always been extremely hard. This made it possible for me to get the service and medication that I need it. I was hesitant and thought I would be waiting my time. But the process was easy and I got great results.

I see a lot of negative reviews, but I have no complaints. In my experience, the caregivers have met with me in a reasonable time frame, have worked with me through my issues and have responded to medication renewals within the 1-3 day window even during holiday season. After a move, I had to switch providers and Done facilitated that as quickly as possible. After about a year of care from Done, I have no intention of leaving them and feel like this is far superior to all my past face-to-face interactions I've had regarding my ADHD treatment.

I have really enjoyed the convenience of this service. I have had no problem with getting appointments or getting my prescriptions filled.

Terrible. First they make me an appointment with the wrong provider then when I finally get the right provider I never get a perscription sent over and can’t get ahold of anyone and no perscription updates. Scam company.. UPDATE I was able to get my medication, it was a bit of a process with changing providers and then there is a shortage of the medication I’m on so we had to change it… but they did call and help along the way and then extended my membership for a month due to the mix up. Should be good from here.

The amount of negative reviews have compelled me to write a review of my own. Speaking only for myself, Done has been an absolute godsend. I am a 30s male in the Bay Area, and the massive shortage in ADHD medication has presented major problems to those of us with ADHD. Doctors are hesitant to prescribe, and local specialty clinics are backed up with wait times often spanning months. I turned to Done out of desperation, and with a healthy amount of skepticism. It has surpassed my expectations. Done gives me affordable access to the medication I need to hold down a job and thrive. Before using this service, I had 6 jobs in two years. It is extremely, extremely important that telehealth companies like this be allowed to continue and prescribe medication. If Done didn't exist, my alternatives would be: - Try to join a local mental health clinic and wait 3+ months - Go off my medication and hit the same spiral that has plagued me my whole life. I tried this method for over a decade, in good faith, and it doesn't work. Non-stimulants. Therapy. Exercise. Diet. Sunshine. Everything. Only my medication helps. - Access my medication on black or gray markets, but I don't even know how to do this, and there's no way of knowing if what I get is legitimate and not something else. I need my medication and only Done allows me to access it. So when I say it's a "lifesaver", I am not exaggerating. I mean that literally. I understand that people abuse stimulants and that it is a controlled substance, but for those of us who genuinely need ADHD meds, Done is our only option.
