This company has helped me greatly in my current medications that are needed and is super convenient I have used them for while now and it's been life-changing. I have had no issues getting any appointment saves a lot of hassle of physical appointments. The only thing is that the website is a bit confusing in regards to getting a hold of them but once you chat them you get the hang of it.

By far the most efficient and thorough use of medicine. I’ve been there well over 6 months. My provider is very knowledgeable, both she and customer service get back to me quickly, like sometimes even within a couple seconds. When I had a medication concern they adjusted it and stayed with me to assure it was working out. They also are frequently checking in via text and even logging in is safe and quick. I wish ALL medicine was this thorough and effiecient. Take note providers, patients would rather have personalization, pay out of pocket and get quick response. They should call it Done! The DONE FIRST team is absolutely amazing. They’re always there for me when I need my prescription tweaked or I need a prior approval/ authorization from my insurance company. My doctor is the greatest. I’m currently living in a town with all of maybe 2 psychiatrists whom of which are booked out for months. Although my doctor is also completely booked, she still manages to make time for this second job just so that she can help people who don’t have a doctor. This has completely changed my life. I could never put a price on that.

I have used Done for a long time and found it to be the best way I’ve ever received treatment for my ADD. Especially during pandemic when access to healthcare has been limited, and as a healthcare professional myself, I’ve been very busy. This service has been extremely helpful for me. It takes a little bit of getting used to the online platform and you have to be a little bit proactive, but to me, that is still so much easier than going to a physical appointment, which would have been next to impossible for me with my work schedule. I have set up a visual reminder system with a little pillbox to remind me when I will be running out of medication, so that also teaches me ADD coping skills, which is an added and unexpected bonus. If you are somebody who is willing to be a little bit proactive, and is comfortable with telemedicine platforms, this is a fantastic service for you.

Quick refills with no stress. I can always make an appointment or send a message to my provider without issue. My prescription is sent to my pharmacy and ready for pickup within a day or two.

Done has worked for me greatly. My refills are sent to my pharmacy on time every month. If I need to change my pharmacy or dosage, they respond quickly to my emails and is sent within the next day. They even suggested a new pharmacy to me when there was an adderrall shortage.

I’ve had a pretty good experience with Done. I don’t have health insurance so going to a walk in doctor would have been too expensive. That said, I had a video chat with my prescriber/doctor that they assigned. Took about a half hour. He was super helpful and made sure to tailor my script to my needs. After a small trial period of different strength meds, he and I finally were able to land on something that worked best for me. Every change in meds was simply done through their online chat portal which is super convenient. While it might be a TAD expensive to start… it’s definitely worth it in the long run.
