Unprofessional and disorganized
Unprofessional and disorganized, this is one of the biggest disasters of a tele-health operation I've ever experienced. If you thought having ADHD was bad enough, then you haven't had the pleasure of dealing with DONE's ADD-like patient support services. They say "ADHD shouldn't be hard" right on their site, but what they don't say is "but you bet your bums we will make it harder for you." I was with DONE for a few months before my doctor randomly became unavailable. I found this out the hard way when my prescription request wasnt being answered. I didn't hear a reply back from the doctor or DONE's patient services when I inquired about it. I sent a second email -- still nothing. Two weeks later, I got an automated system rmessage informing me I have a scheduled appointment with a NEW doctor a month out from that point. Still no explaination as to why it was like this. Furthermore I wouldn't be able to receive my new medication until I saw the new doctor. Six weeks after my prior medication had run out. I reached out to done to see if they could renew my prescription before the appointment, but they couldn't get ahold of the new doctor. This kind of interaction happened over the next two weeks. I requested a refund on the month where I was essentially ignored, and after multiple email requests, they finally granted it to me. But then the final straw. I told them that due to the stress and inconvenience and poor treatment, I wanted my next month to be compensated by DONE, and that is the only way I would continue their telehealth service. They told me ok, and agreed to give the month of July free to me as well at no cost, so they could prove that the service was worth it. I attended my appointment (the new doctor had no idea that I had been trying to contact her,) and everything seemed to be going ok, but then they attempted to charge me for the month of July. My card did not have the funds on it (I only put funds on that card when I anticipate a charge.) I contacted DONE support, but all I got was a "so sorry for the confusion. Let me check on this for you and send emails to other people." No response after that. While I was waiting for then to resolve the issue, DONE's automated system kicked me from my provider due to the account being 48hrs past due. So now I am supposed to schedule and pay for a new Healthcare provider and appointment, of course 1 month out. They still haven't resolved this issue. I am tired of emailing their support and getting the same bs "oh so sorry. Let's send some emails to other people to fix that for you." I will share my experience everywhere so everyone knows what kind of scheistshow they're getting into with this company.
