I am one month in no bad experiences yet, my doctor seems a little busy, and difficult to set another appointment to change my dosage, but I'm sure it will resolve itself in the next few days

I started using Done when my company went remote during the height of the pandemic. I was diagnosed with adhd as a child and stopped using medication and the switch to working solo was really tough for me to keep on task. The care has been pretty consistent provider wise. It can be hard to get responses from the support team and actually resolve issues if you have them but if you don’t it’s pretty efficient.

I'm surprised to read some of the reviews detailing negative experiences as mine have always been so positive. Signing up was simple and straight forward. I was connected to a clinician who I felt understood my concerns and listened to my own experiences and did his best to address them all. Also, any time I have had to contact support, I have always received a prompt response to indicate my issue is being addressed, even if it takes a few more days to be resolved. I'm a pharmacist myself, so I appreciate the concern and understanding my provider and the support team have shown when trying to find the best therapy. All pharmacy issues I have had were resolved within a day or two.

I’m less than one month into using Done. The whole process has been really easy, almost felt too easy. I thought it was odd how quickly my provider wrote up a prescription. I didn’t necessarily want to just straight to using drugs to help but it has.

My last appointment was probably the best yet. My doctor showed genuine care about my situation and has followed up with me since. I don’t think the Adderal shortage in the country should reflect poorly on Done, they’ve even tried helping me find meds amidst the nation wide difficulties.

After going through in person appointments with my psychiatrist and paying hundreds of dollars for months only to be told I need to use different methods to cope with my ADHD did I try Done. The online questionnaire is quick and the psychiatrists actual listen to your concerns and provide you with adhd medication and tools to help you get on top of your symptoms so you can function like you’re supposed to during the day.

I had an initial consultation that went well, I received clearance to begin meds from my PCP, and an rx was sent to a pharmacy without stock. The provider stated that they sent the rx to Escripts, but after waiting several days I contacted Escripts and they told me they do not see a prescription for me. I messaged my provider 9 days ago, and a few additional times trying to get into contact about sending the rx. My homepage says I can refill in 11 days, although I haven’t been able to get meds at all. I hope that this isn’t the standard of care. If I cannot get a reply before my subscription renewal, I cannot continue. Used the link below to schedule a next day urgent visit to attempt resolution, will provide update. Once in contact with the urgent visit, progress to obtain medication was followed closely. I received a phone call update each day, and was able to get my medication. Done also gave me one month free.
