I just had my first appointment with my doctor through done. The doctor was so kind and caring and asked me good questions. He diagnosed me and told me the treatment plan and showed me how to contact him. He told me what to look out for with the medication and to keep track of how im feeling. He told me to check in with him in 1 week so he could see how im doing. I signed up for done 1 week ago and now I have a caring doctor and a treatment plan. Done did exactly what they promised. There is a shortage of adderall right now, so yeah, I have to wait a few days to get my prescription filled, but that is not done’s fault. People who are complaining about done are, I think, just taking their frustration out on them when really they should be frustrated with the drug manufacturers. Anyway, done is great. Also, I got to go see my doctor at the doctor office, which I liked.

My doctor us super knowledgeable and the service is always quick. Any problem I ever have gets resolved quickly. I recommend.

Done has been incredibly helpful in my life and the ability to get help for ADHD has been lifechanging. I do not currently have any insurance coverage for mental health, and navigating the system and appointments in a traditional way (with undiagnosed ADHD!!) was a mind-boggling nightmare! When a coworker recommended Done I was amazed that I was able to see a practitioner of theirs over zoom the very next DAY. We had an in depth assessment covering my entire lifetime of experiences and symptoms (heads up, it is quite thorough, but that’s a good thing). I was able to have a prescription in a few days and started out on a small dose to see how well I would tolerate it. It was easy to be in touch with my practitioner afterward so we could check in through the web portal. Anyway, I’m so grateful I did this. At age 37 after a lifetime of suffering I finally feel like a functioning adult who can complete tasks and exist in the normal world. I feel productive and not overwhelmed for the first time in my life. I am crossing things off my to-do list — and even HAVE a to-do list written! Incredible.

Done has been a great addition to my healthcare. Making appointments is easy and they happen in a timely manner. The health provider that sees me via telehealth is very nice, she always takes time to explain things to me, and gives me an opportunity to ask questions. I’ve been very comfortable using Done throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Done and would also be comfortable with a friend or family member using Done.

So thankful for the done app!! Easy and super affordable. They listen to you and get you exactly what you need to help you out!

Done has been an absolute God send to me personally. I always knew I was “different” but didn’t know how. Everything was so easy for others but everything was so difficult for me. Being diagnosed with ADHD through done has helped me see my patterns in life and how I’ve been stuck my whole life. My doctor at done listened and sympathized with me. She let me know I was “normal” but I have ADHD which makes life a little harder for me.

The DONE app allows me to communicate with my doctor or the DONE team from my phone where I want and when I want to. The app is easy to navigate and I find everything I need quickly. Anytime I have a question or concern i get a response almost immediately. My doctor is amazing and always so informative and helpful. This app, my doctor and the DONE team impacted my life in such a positive way!
