Done made it really easy to get the prescription needed to manage my ADHD after years of not being diagnosed. I see a lot of negative reviews but I don't understand why? I've been using done for 1 month and have had no issues. Would highly recommend.

I have had countless issues in my area…
I have had countless issues in my area getting my prescriptions filled and finding a pharmacy that would help. The individuals online and over the phone that I have spoken with not only resolved my issues with getting my medication, which they resolved promptly, but they went above and beyond and the pharmacy they got to fill the prescription had previously told me they refused to fill it because it was telehealth. So the representatives actually got a pharmacy to change their positions regarding telehealth which could help even more patients besides myself.
I seriously can’t say enough good things about them. These were phone and via Facebook messenger. This particular issue is from around the end of December up to January 4

I can only speak to my experience with done, but in about a year and a half I’ve had nothing but productive zoom appointments and doctors who have been very easy to actually talk to

Incredible customer service!
Edited/Updated: I am thoroughly impressed with Done! Within 24 hours, customer service contacted me about my experience and fixed my issues. Not only that, they also called me a week later to follow up and see if I needed anything. I am incredibly impressed with the customer service of Done, and happy with my new provider. I will be maintaining my patient relationship with them. Can not recommend them enough!

I've been with Done for over 6 months now. Without having many issues really. Well, 2 months ago, my provider suggested changing my medication (that was working) to a different XR medication that might work better (Vyvanse). She said she would start me on a very low dose and titrate up to see how I do. Well, month 2, we titrated up when I told her the medication only lasts 3-4 hours of my 12 hour day. This is month 3 now. I messaged and asked if we could go back to the lower dose of 20mg but do twice a day so that I could have 6-8 hours a day of coverage because the higher dose is still only lasting 3-4 hours. She sent be a rude, abrupt message saying that "we don't prescribe Vyvanse twice a day." So I asked if that was a Done guideline because my husband's local PCP prescribes his twice day and it works well, which is why I thought it may be an option for me to try. She messaged and said "no. It's FDA regulations". I find this odd, because I checked with my insurance and my pharmacy and the Vyvanse insert: they all state the same: suggest once daily because of possible insomnia (not a regulation as she stated). But my pharmacy said they have many people that get it prescribed twice daily and as long as I take the second dose of the day by 1pm, I would be fine especially since it is only lasting me 3-4 hours at a time. I then had to message 3 days later and ask for my medicine again because nothing was ever sent it. She then sent in the same dose that she prescribed last month. So she wasn't willing to try the low dose of 20mg twice a day like I asked nor did she try to titrate up to 40mg. She just sent in the same 30mg. I am incredibly disappointed that I am now having to think about switching to my local PCP next month in order to have my medicine prescribed now. I'm in nursing school and need my medicine. 20mg twice a day is in fact not something the FDA says no to like she said. If there's an option to switch to a different Done provider to have my Vyvanse dosage changed to 20mg twice a day, please let me know before I have to cancel my subscription and changed to my local PCP next month. I appreciate your customer service this far. And if you look at the recent thread of comments in my account, I'm sure it's not how Done expects their patients to be treated and spoken to. Thank you.
