Since I was introduced to this team I can see that they have taken steps to use our experience and feedback to improve. They do have an attentive team. From a cost/time standpoint, they save me so much time because of the simple fact that my consultations are on time, unlike the drs office. With the landscape of medication now, the 30 day prescription renewal process makes sense so they can work closely with a patient as any Dr should.

Excellent service. Care really depends on your assigned provider and can be anywhere from OK to absolutely fantastic. My first provider was OK but I was switched after a few months and my new one is the absolute best.

After waiting a long long time to get an evaluation from my health plan, Done came through and gave me the official diagnosis that I needed to get started on taking care of my ADHD.

DONE is a great team that consists of customer service, providers, and experience. I was offered a 15-day payment extension to take care of multiple issues that I was confronted with due to things out of my control. Their bedside manner and customer service are better than the nurses inside a clinic as some can be very mean and forget about you the moment you leave the clinic. DONE is not like that. Every step of my journey and interaction with Done has always been met with prompt, appropriate, professional and informative experiences. There was a fluctuating time during the summer of 2022 when I noticed that several major national pharmacy chain corporations self-imposed a restriction of honoring legitimate prescriptions. This was a pretty rapid development that appeared to send shockwaves throughout the industry. I have clinical ADHD. I also have close immediate family members have diagnosed ADHD. It has genetic markers and tendencies. I have found that it was stigmatized as an adolescent or juvenile-prone disorder “that most people grow out of.” As I matured I realized that it was easier to be appropriately diagnosed and treated with ADHD as a child. The problem with my situation was as I grew older, matured, graduated college, married, moved to different locations and switched doctors (or had a significant gap in primary doctors), I “thought” that I had matured past the point of ADHD. My perception of the adult way of dealing with these symptoms was to just focus and fight through it, no matter how difficult or time consuming. Done. was a life-changing paradigm shift in my life, professional career and family that I can directly attribute to their help. They have unmatched accessibility, personal attention, professionalism, and customer service…but the medical staff and doctors that I have experienced are everything that you want and need from a medical professional.
