This week marks *exactly* One Year that I have been a Patient with Done. In this time, they have treated me better than any medical professional in my life. As a woman in my late 30s, things said are disregarded or ignored a lot of the time. Not even once with my Doctor at Done. She never seems too busy to respond to me, nor seem annoyed by my 2 & 3 part questions. In fact, just the opposite. She noticed that I prefer things with clear steps in lists so that I don't forget, and she started responding with them. She doesn't get frustrated with me when I get sidetracked while speaking. As someone who has been told my whole life that I talk more than I should, or that I am "too much", it means a great deal to feel seen and heard.

Done. helped me become so much more effective at work. My provider understands my needs and is very kind and comforting. It was a relief after struggling my entire life and now I have the support I so desperately needed. And now I don’t get reprimanded for being off task in my profession so that is also a big weight off my shoulders!

My experience with Done First has been phenomenal! They make the process easy and not only that communication is very clear and straightforward. I was able to easily schedule my first appointment with a doctor, to be seen and assessed. I was able to schedule an appointment within a week. After being assessed and speaking directly with my provider. I was able to get a treatment plan in place and start the treatment plan right away. My provider is very friendly and easy to get ahold of. I have noticed my quality of life has largely improved, and my provider continuously monitors and cares about my treatment plan. I 10/10 would recommend to anyone seeking help with ADHD. Done has mastered taking out the frustration with the process and making communication and treatment affordable and easy.

The process is super simple to get started, they guide you along each step, making it both easy and affordable to get the treatment. They have a simple, flexible, and modern process for regularly checking in with you virtually and are super friendly. I would (and have on many occasions) recommend to my friends and family.

Very happy with my experience. It’s been about 4 months. Communication is easy and the website is very easy to use. I needed to change my pharmacy and that process was so simple and straight forward.

Done has been great to work with. I have had no issues with picking up scripts or scheduling follow up appointments with my doctor. I would highly recommended them to friends and family!

Easy way to manage my ADHD. Cost effective too. My practitioner is cool; friendly and helpful. Hopefully this service still exists after PHE unwinds in May. Telemedicine is being restricted by the DEA. Sadly, companies like Done will feel the pain but hopefully find a way around the RH act. I’m a fan of Done.

Let me just start with, don’t let any negative reviews deter you from this website. I’m sorry for those who have had issues with their pharmacy or whatever it was. But I guarantee that Done did what they could to help. I’ve been told my whole life that I had ADHD. My parents never listened to that. Early 90’s was full of skeptics on the whole ADD diagnoses. When I finally turned 18 I perused it on my own. But unfortunately doctors are still skeptics when it comes to adults and Attention Disorders. It was causing trouble in my personal life, as well as my professional life. Finally after 15 years of trying, I found Done. Answered some quick questions, set up a zoom meeting, and we were off to the races! They check in on my doses, ask me if everything is good, suggest ways to help, or even dosage changes. I’ve never taken an Adderal in my life, and quite frankly I was nervous at this point. I didn’t know what to expect. But Christina answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. It’s been almost 7 months and I’ve never been happier. I’ve never felt so present as I do these days. And that’s thanks to Done. They understand that ADD/ADHD isn’t just an issue for children. For that I am thankful. If you are feeling skeptical about this company, just know… DON’T BE! It’s a legit thing. And they just want to help!
