Can't fill anywhere in LA (PLEASE TELL ME IF DIFFERENT)
The staff/customer service answered every question and do everything they are supposed to do. However, no pharmacy that I can find in LA (I've tried over 50 lol) both accepts telemedicine AND carries Adderall it is one or the other.
Will update to positive review if I find a pharmacy that both fills telemedicine and Adderall it seems both is impossible. Given the size of Los Angeles and not being able to find a pharmacy that doesn't do both does not bode well.
If anyone knows of a pharmacy that both fills and accepts in Los Angeles for the love of god please tell me.
**EDIT TO REPLY TO REPLY** I have already reached out to urgent services at 9:54 am this morning. I do not yet have a response.
8-4-22 12:29PM SECOND EDIT. I OFFICIALLY REQUESTED MEMBERSHIP CANCEL VIA EMAIL AND THAT I DON'T AUTHORIZE THE CHARGE 9-12. THE BUTTON TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP DISAPPEARS AFTER YOU HIT PAUSE?!

Provider was a no show
I had an appointment schedule and the provider never showed up. I emailed support to receive a refund (since appointments are pre-paid) and have not heard back yet. I called the only number I could find, for Done, and was told someone would call me back in 48 hours. She also told me that the system shows I met with the provider AND had been diagnosed, pretty interesting since the provider never showed up. That is HORRIBLE customer service!

I am done with Done.
I thought this was going to be a great experience until the first time I received my Rx, CVS filled it but then I heard they are no longer filling from Done. So I switched to Savon. They don't fill them either. So it went with a battle to find a pharmacy to fill their Rx.
After emailing support, which like any other company, I was hoping for a prompt reply. My question was simply, please let me know where I can fill your Rx. Their response, 3 days later (now 3 days past my refill date), was that I should let them know where to send it. So they were no help.
Finally after another 2 days, I got someone on a phone call, after 2 hours, they suggested an online pharmacy. Was this the solution? It was for a month, until even they decided to not fill their Rx any longer.
I reached out to the provided on my account, which has now changed twice in 3 months, and they told me to reach out to support. I did, and they got back to me after 10 days. 10 whole days! No updates during this time.
I proceeded to have them transfer my medical records. I cannot deal with an incompetent failing business any longer, it is not helping my mental state, it just added to my frustration and anxiety.
So long Done, wish it was nice knowing you. And thanks for billing my on my way out.

Terrible "Medication Management" and…
Terrible "Medication Management" and Support.
On their own website they say they offer:
-Licensed psychiatric clinicians specialized in ADHD
-Monthly Membership: $79/mo
-Online Care Support: 24/7
-Worry-free Refills
-Insurance Support
-Easy Cancellation
-100% Satisfaction Guarantee
So let's go through each of these:
- Licensed psychiatric clinicians specialized in ADHD:
Legit - UNKNOWN
I met with a Nurse Practitioner once. I tried to follow up but they kept canceling. You cannot change your provider. I just didn't have access to an actual clinician. Their goal is just to prescribe and move on, you will not get actual care.
Most recently, I was told I can no longer get treatment because they don't have a provider anymore ???
- 24/7 Online Care & Support:
Absolutely Not.
Latest example. I emailed them 2:00pm on last Wednesday, received an email back on Friday at 4:30pm saying that would 'look into it and strive to respond within 24 hours'. Based on my many many other support requests (because yes, you need to send them often), I won't get an answer anytime soon.
-Worry-free Refills:
Absolutely Not.
You will need to email them every time you need a refill. Often, I was 14-21days PAST my refill date before I could get help filling it. Also, most recently, they CHANGED my prescription WITHOUT MY CONSENT to something that doesn't work for me.
-Insurance Support:
ehhhhhhh
You can download the form to submit to your insurance but I wouldn't consider this "support". They are always an out-of-network provider.
-Easy Cancellation:
TBD - I am waiting to cancel until I can actually talk to someone about their satisfaction guarantee.
-100% Satisfaction Guarantee
TBD - I will update.
Overall, if you just want pills on an irregular cadence and no ongoing support, go for it. I would recommend just finding a local General Practitioner / Internal Medicine doctor instead.
Also - HIGHLY recommend that you check out the "Company Activity" on Trustpilot. Appreciate the transparency from Trustpilot and shows a lot about Done. #doYourOwnResearch

Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else for help.
As many others have said, things were fine in the beginning. (I began using this service last summer.)
2022 has been an absolute nightmare with appointments and prescription refills. It’s a constant battle to get the service that I pay for monthly. For the last 4 months, it has become a part time job to get my prescriptions refilled and forget about making an appointment with a provider.
They turned off automatic renewals. Which is pretty inconvenient for someone like me who often forgets things. This month after going back and forth with customer service, I finally got ONE of my prescriptions refilled but the other was never sent in and disappeared from my portal. How is it ethical to change someone’s medications without their consent?
So now, I will likely be spending the rest of the week making sure this issue is resolved. I’ve had enough with this service and I think I’m finally Done with Done!

Can’t reliably serve their customers - Done is on its way out.
This seems like such a great service - ADHD help and meds without the hassle of seeing a psych in person!
It’s too good to be true. Please avoid this service for the sake of your health. Why do I say this? The medications being prescribed are no joke. Once you’re on them, suddenly stopping can cause serious problems ranging from anxiety, moodiness, to severe depression. The opposite of what you need.
This is where the service falls short. CVS, Walmart, Safeway - none of them will fill prescriptions for Done! There are clear reasons for this:
- Done is lacking the business infrastructure to come through on their promises. Result: waiting “up to 3 business days” for urgent medication issues.
- Practitioners are leaving the service. You have your initial intake, it goes well, you get a prescription. When it’s time to refill? Your assigned practitioner is gone and there’s someone new assigned to you that doesn’t know you. This is not good service and leaves room for big problems.
- All of that combined means they can’t reliably get you prescribed medication when you need it.
Trust me - starting these meds, actually getting relief, and then having to stop them suddenly for a few days because Done can’t competently deliver on their service promises is a terrible ordeal.
The writing is on the wall: Done is just about done. I don’t expect this company will continue much longer given all of these issues.
Foch these guys - avoid this racket if you value your health and well-being.
A message to Done: given the negative reviews here about not being able to reach anyone, don’t you think it’s in bad taste that you actually respond promptly to reviews here? Even on a Sunday? With the same nonsense form response about a non-existing way to reach you for urgent matters?

More unreliable, stressful, frustrating, confusing with each passing month
I have been a DONE customer since March 2021. In the beginning/early COVID days, it was a godsend and fairly seamless — well, for the most part.
My provider missed our first consultation — like others have experienced, she just didn't show up (but you can bet I was charged $125, unable to get a refund). When I did finally e-meet her a week or so later, the first thing I noticed was the massive bottle of Mountain Dew she was drinking before 10 am. She seemed caring and asked questions, and the next few months were slightly more aligned with how they advertise the company to be — well, again, for the most part. I received monthly Rx refills, but they weren't worry-free. And I often had to remind my provider to submit my refill. More than once.
Like many others, I imagine, I landed here due to mounting frustrations with DONE over the last six months and a continual worsening experience with their customer service team — this company is supposed to be a mental health provider, but they take anywhere from 72 hours to a week to get back to you. You're not able to contact an actual DONE rep, or your provider, you can just e-mail a general support line. And likely never get a response.
@DONE: I am shocked to see how quickly your customer support team responds to complaints on TrustPilot (oh, it must be your PR team?) — because you take anywhere from days to weeks, sometimes even never, to answer your customer service complaints, frustrations and e-mails.
The last four months I have been delayed on receiving my Rx refill for days to weeks. Yes, weeks. Instead of giving you a refund they'll just say "we'd be happy to offer you a 14 day extension on your monthly bill." (LOL what???)
They've switched my pharmacy 3 times in the last 3 months. They've asked me if I'd confirm my willingness to pay "$72 for my Rx at [pharmacy] (my IN-NETWORK provider), then said "oops, that e-mail was sent by mistake!"
In April, I learned that my provider, Elizabeth Sharp, was under federal investigation and the pharmacy could not fill any scripts she wrote. DONE didn't tell me this. My pharmacist did.
Of course, I immediately tried to get an explanation. DONE never gave one — just circles and circles of scripted, confusing communication ("hey there, we're working on it!") and an utter lack of (in my opinion) respect, truth, care or compassion.
You've likely seen ads that they're targeting you with on social media — worry-free refills, easy experience, personalized care; the experience has become anything but. It was nice (kinda) while it lasted. I will be looking elsewhere for reliable mental health care immediately.

I would not even have selected a star…
I would not even have selected a star if I could have completed otherwise. Stay far, far away. This company is such a scam, I cannot believe that no one has caught up to this yet. Months and months of unreturned emails, no provider to see, no way to make an appointment because my “provider has a full schedule” meanwhile I was supposedly prescribed my regimen by another clinician that never actually resulted in a script. I have over 10 emails back and forth with the company asking for updates or trying to get some answers. Nothing. I tell everyone I know and turned over messages to federal investigators to look into the company. Unbelievable the lies and deceit.
