For past year has been a mostly positive experience, but recently it has been iffy. It seems they are maybe replying here, could somebody please contact me about my prescription? CVS refuses to fill the prescription they already accepted from you, and now I can't get anything sorted out. Thanks.
EDIT: They've been in contact with me and are working to resolve the issue, I will update here if it is fixed in a reasonable amount of time. The person who called was very professional/apologetic, I think they must be swamped right now so please remember none of this is phone support's fault.

Update
Providing an update for others. 16 days late on my refill. Was able to get a hold of someone through Instagram direct messages. Changed my pharmacy to a small local store and my prescription has been refilled.

A physician recommended and it’s not been an smooth experience. Still not able to speak to someone a part of the business.
Maybe 2 in some areas of experience. I have heard albeit, two ppl but one an MD, that they have had “good experience”; their provider gave them a supportive reading material similar to workbook or resource pdf and that their providers were responsive and had their email address for contact. Which brings me to the point of my review/response… I have had no contact email, nor find anything other than an automated response thats more notifications of what seems to be the same message and no movement to solution, which is kind of unsettling bc I paid not just for a visit but also its a 3 day and never clear “3 day get back to you” and I’ve literally never spoken via website chat or automated voice recording or person. My husband is a physician and suggested I look into it bc Im in his group and its quite a trek for me to visit and group doc, so I did… and well it’s been way less than clear, and inconsistent in terms of its of its promises of 24/hr care, 3 day response etc its been a mess.
However idk if that varies bc of org structure or provider? Likely will be finished with it this next go round. Still haven't cleared up a double payment

Initial consultation seemed legit
Initial consultation seemed legit, filled out the survey and had my live assessment. Was not diagnosed with ADHD so no medications were prescribed. Went on with my life thinking Done was behind me. NOPE. This company continues to bill you monthly even if you are not receiving medication or having any follow up appointments without telling you. $80 freaking bucks too a month so it isn’t cheap. Emailed them trying to get a refund and explained I never received anything from their services after the initial consult- no response to any of my emails. Finally figured out how to cancel a subscription I didn’t even know I had but no chance at getting that money back Im sure.
Just try to go to a regular doctor- there’s not enough liability for these “professional clinicians” online who see you once and then never have to deal with you again. I’m a doctor myself (veterinarian mind you so not a human physicician) and can’t believe services like this exist without the liability every other doctor must be responsible for once establishing that client patient relationship- they’ll leave u to hang out dry and take your money.

Update: Done responded very promptly to this review and issued me a refund for the mistake charges. Says it takes 10+ days for it to go through but seems like the issue was resolved.

I had my first initial appointment
I had my first initial appointment, I was started with the lowest dose which works for me. I have recently read all the bad reviews so I may have to come back and readjust once I try to get schedule my refill appointment, keeping my fingers crossed my experience is different.
4/26 - Refill time
After reading all the reviews about never being able to contact anyone over at Done - welp, I am on the same boat, requested my refill in a timely manner its been 4-5 days and still crickets, then I got a notice my clinician was no longer available and then I was given a meeting with another clinician in June! but I still have not gotten any responses to my refill. Will come back to leave another review in a few days to update, I will also be calling Done to see what is happening.

Mixed experience makes this company a definite maybe
My experience with Done has been mixed overall. The first thing to be aware of prior to sign up is that their pre-screening questions, which are supposed to prevent people from signing up if the service can't help them, fails to cover common comorbid conditions and concurrent prescriptions, based on which they may refuse to treat your ADHD. I discovered this after paying nearly $200 for my initial appointment.
Basically, the information I was given by the provider is that they will not prescribe any stimulant medications if you are currently on xyz medication(s). Obviously some drugs have serious interaction, but in my case they were not contraindicated - rather, it was a policy decision. However I was offered a non-stimulant option.
The provider was competent and thorough, although not particularly friendly - of course, your experience may vary. Perhaps she was just having a hard day. Also, while she stated that she had sent the electronic prescription at the completion of my visit, my pharmacy did not actually receive it for a couple of days - and then only after I called Done customer service to check on the status, at which point they "re-sent it." Given that hold times for their customer service phone number are regularly in excess of 20 minutes, it was extremely frustrating.
Another big issue for me following my appointment was that although Done advertises their services for my state, and also allows you to use your preferred pharmacy rather than requiring you to obtain your prescription directly from them, they failed to mention that the doctor will show as being located in California... and therefore your insurance may deny it as coming from an out of state provider. So I ended up having to pay out pocket for my meds.
Given these issues, I decided to terminate my monthly membership. Not surprisingly, I had to jump through a few hoops to do that, including checking the box that states I understand that my information and medical history will be deleted. I agreed.
Unfortunately, rather than canceling my membership outright, they apparently put my account on an unspecified hold. Two months later I was shocked to suddenly see a charge on my credit card. When I contacted them, they claimed I had only postponed my membership... but could not explain why I received that warning about my account being deleted if that was the case. In the end they did agree to refund the charge.
Obviously, my overall experience was less than ideal. My opinion for potential clients is that if you have comorbid conditions and/or other prescriptions, or you have insurance that limits your choice of doctors, proceed with caution. Otherwise, I assume Done could potentially be a great option for ADHD treatment. They definitely need to improve their hold times, though!

Originally gave a 5 star review
Originally gave a 5 star review. Now I’m generously giving 3 stars and will probably lower it soon we’ll see. The last two times I have ordered refills they didn’t go through, leaving me without meds for the first time in a decade since regularly taking my meds (as an adult anyway). Really starting to regret signing up for this service. I received all my meds on time and for free from the VA previously. Switched because it’s annoying dealing with the VA in any capacity and figured the subscription would be worth getting around that annoyance. Not worth having to go without meds for several days every time I need a refill though. The first time it happened they just apologized and my provider said it wasn’t her fault- that she sent the refill as soon as I requested it and she came to find out a lot of her patients didn’t get their refills too. That was a month ago. Now this past week it looks like it’s happening again but idk because neither the provider nor the support/help/whatever desk are replying to my messages really other than saying “message received” basically. Extremely frustrating and disappointing because it seemed like this was a great service at first but the cracks are definitely starting to show. If I run out of meds again before getting my refill (again for the 2nd time in a row), which will happen if they don’t get this sorted today or tomorrow, I’ll edit the review and be going back to the VA for my medications. This is pretty unacceptable.
Update: previous review updated as well. Long story short: they didn’t really explain what was the problem this time, just told me to schedule a follow up which doesn’t make sense because I already have one, and told me they can expedite a refill to me in the mail but can’t send it to my pharmacy like usual, again without explanation or apology or compensation for what will now be the 2nd week in 2 months I am not getting a service I paid for and need in order to maintain my performance at work and quality of life. I have been very patient but am quickly becoming an unsatisfied customer.
