I’ve had no issues with DONE. They have great medical practitioners on their team and are very communicative whenever I have questions or need a refills. Overall I recommend DONE if you need fast treatment without hassle of going in person to a facility.

Done and the practitioners who work there have been very thoughtful and careful in how they approach medical treatment. Communication and responsiveness are always on point when I have a question or concern. I wish Done existed 10 years ago! The telehealth option to receiving medial consultation and care is extremely convenient for people with very busy schedules.

I have a really good and caring doctor who always calls in my scripts on time and finally being helped for my ADHD has made my life so much better. I’m so grateful for DONE their customer service always answers me. I was so scared of it because of reviews but I’m so happy I signed up.

Done is amazing and I don’t know what I would do without them! It is ridiculous to make people go into an doctor’s office every month when they’ve been on the same medication for years! Video consults are every bit at as thorough as in person visits, but save my valuable time. I can’t say enough good about Done and the excellent service they provide!
