I cancelled my membership because refill requests took too long. When I tried to log in to obtain the medication record, they had completely disabled the account. This practice is ILLEGAL per the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). I am reporting their company to HSS.

Good at first but...
Good at first but when your pharmacy refuses to refill your prescription, good luck getting any communication from Done. All the major pharmacies have decided not to fill Done prescriptions. It's better to deal with a clinician that can actually get you the medications you need.

They were great at first until rite aid…
They were great at first until rite aid stopped filling their prescriptions which was the first red flag. Then they asked to switch pharmacies i did a week ago and still no refill all while they continue to bill my credit card. To add insult to injury i had stop taking it cold turkey due to the fact that i ran out and not one response on how to counteract the withdraw symptoms i was experienced due to their negligence.

They do not care about your well-being
So I was able to get a refund for last months fee but that doesn’t solve any issues at all.
I still never received a refill and I was discharged from their program because “the provider feels I am no longer fit for their platform”
This coincidently happened right after I wrote a negative review and emailed them numerous times about a late prescription refill…
Now I’m stuck without medication and having to wait 3 weeks to see my primary care physician.
Just a fair warning that it may be all sunshine and rainbows now but once you try to get a refill your screwed and they could care less. I explained it was unethical for them to just not refill my medication and have patients waiting weeks for refills, instead of reaching out to me they sent an email discharging me from their program.
It’s disgusting to leave patients sick and screwed like this.
It’s pointless to contact them because it’s just the same song and dance over and over again. They have done nothing to help me, no refill, no medication to hold me over until I see my new provider, no valid reason for discharge..
I am not going to stop warning people about them, this company needs to be shut down asap
I truly wish I would’ve done more research before using them

Horrible Service
At first, Done was beneficial and made a great and easy experience for scheduling appointments and addressing any questions or concerns. Being a customer with them for over a year, the service and customer support have become a nightmare. I was notified by Done that I needed to make a pharmacy change in order to fill my prescription. When it came time to refill my prescription, I contacted the new pharmacy and was notified that they never received my prescription from my doctor.
I have tried reaching out to customer support multiple times, through emails, phone calls, along with my customer portal. I finally reached out through the emergency support line to schedule an appointment with my doctor when I was told she was no longer seeing patients through their platform. After asking to transfer to a new doctor, I was told they currently had none available and that I would be added to their waiting list.
Having to find out myself that I no longer have a doctor when requesting an emergency appointment, without being notified beforehand, is completely UNACCEPTABLE! Customer support has been extremely rude and unhelpful, to say the least. I have been given the runaround, lied to about being contacted with updates, as well as being yelled at, and hung up on multiple times.
It has now been over a month and I have yet to fill my prescription or speak with a new doctor. I continue to receive no follow-ups from customer support without having to reach out myself. To top it all off, after asking for a refund, they refuse and have the audacity to continue billing me for their "services". With no help from customer support, unable to receive my medication, or the ability to speak to a provider, I'm not sure what services they feel they are still providing me. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I have since spoken with my primary care doctor and am in the process of finding a new provider.
This has turned into a complete scam and I would not believe the reviews people have left. When signing up for this service I received an email asking me to leave a positive review in exchange for a free month of service. This service used to be amazing and very helpful, but that is no longer the case and believe that leaving a 1-star review is a little too generous. I would recommend looking elsewhere for other alternatives before being SCAMMED by this company.

Get out while you still can
I started Done at the end of 2020. Back then, it was fine. I'd actually recommended it. There were a few issues getting my meds originally (things like prior authorizations), but they were easy to handle in hindsight.
I moved to a new (supported) state in mid 2021, and that was alright too. I never actually met with my new provider, which was a little weird, but my prescription was unaffected, so it was fine by me.
Then around May, everything started to go wrong at once. First, almost all pharmacies around me starting to reject prescriptions from Done. This was a giant headache. This was around the time my refill requests started to take longer and longer to fill. When I first started Done I could have my refill the next day, but now it was taking upwards of a week or more. Communication was nonexistent.
I eventually learned the reason for this: Done quietly stopped supporting my state (Ohio). It was hard to get any official conformation, but I suspected something like this was happening when I learned that my provider was no longer with the company. After some emails to support, I learned that there were no longer and providers in the entire state, and that Ohio had been taken off of the supported states list.
There was no official communication that this happened. And during all of this, they continued to charge me monthly, even though I had not been assigned a provider or been sent a refill. This company is quickly going downhill. If you can, find a local provider where you will actually be given the attention you deserve. I suspect that this company won't last much longer.

More stressful than helpful. Very unprofessional.
I have been using this service since the beginning of 2022. I wanted to get back on ADHD medication to improve my quality of life, but so far it's caused me more stress and anguish than I could have imagined. The prescriptions are sent in by doctors who aren't the person you meet with, causing issues at multiple pharmacies. When I spoke to my doctor, he was upset I had spoken to the pharmacy about it because he "didn't want to get audited by the government". After a few months without issues, I went to pick up my medicine to find that they had sent over the incorrect prescription, sending over the starter dose even though I've been on a higher amount for 3 months. When I contacted Done about it, my doctor told me to just deal with it and that they'd try to fix it a month from now. I'm appalled by the level of unprofessionalism from a company that's prescribing medication to people.

Trash service.
Rx never called in. My doctor disappeared and no longer providing services. Call them and you speak to a call center in malaysia. They take your money, make you run around crazy and leave you without treatment.
