Tried to get an appointment, it was rescheduled multiple times with just a few hours notice. My card was charged but I never got an appointment. The whole reason I wanted to use them was because it takes so long to get an appointment with my regular doctor, but they bait you in with a fast appointment, then put you off time and again (after you move your whole schedule around to make the so called appointment). It's ridiculous, and beyond frustrating especially with the patients they are so called "helping". Please save your time and energy and stay away from these scammers. Edit: Just to be clear, they reschedule your appointment with no notice...you just get text and email saying "so sorry yada yada" your "appointment" was rescheduled. They are real good at saying "sorry" but terrible at keeping the commitment to an appointment when THEY GIVE YOU THE TIMES THEY ARE SUPPOSEDLY AVAILABLE. Classic bait and switch. You get texts and emails from several different numbers and one of the emails even had my as Jane? IDK how you get Jane from James but if thats the level of attention you get then you would be better off with basically any other provider. Also, the basic, boilerplate "We're sorry" reply to mine and others review is infuriating. Its low effort and shows how much you truly do not care. And you ask me to fill out a form so you can do...what? You have my information. You just don't care to put any effort into what you know is a feature of your business model, not a bug,

Initially I had a great experience with this company. They were fast responsive and followed through with their commitments. However, since June they lost their one wisconsin provider. They are unable to refill any prescriptions, change pharmacy’s or answer any medication questions. I reached out to them nearly 10 times and they continually reassured me that they would get a new provider and continue to provide their services. Naturally, they continued to bill me monthly while not upholding any of their commitments. They refused to refund me for the 3 months that I had no provider and continued their worthless excuses. Try to avoid this company. They are clearly failing to provide services and are likely collecting as much money as they can before they inevitably file for bankruptcy. *edit* Since my initial review I received a refund for one of the 3 months that I paid for without any services. However, I still have no provider, they have not refilled any prescriptions or answered any questions. I suspended my subscription. And yes, I don’t believe this company will be around for long.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Having suffered from ADHD for most of my adult life, I found it rearing its ugly head a few months back and decided it was time to restart medication. My PCP was booked out for a month so I decided to try Done. I was able to get my initial consult scheduled within that first week... then the trouble came. The prescription was sent to a local pharmacy 5 days after my appointment and I was notified by the Pharmacist quite immediately that they would not fill a telehealth prescription. I contacted Done immediately and it took appx. 2 weeks for Done to respond and send to a different pharmacy. At the recommendation of Done, I selected a pharmacy that my insurance uses for home delivery. That second pharmacy needed clarification from the Doctor at Done to proceed. After 2 weeks of no response from Done, the pharmacy cancelled the order. I notified Done and it took another week for Done to respond and resend the prescription only to find that the pharmacy would not accept the telehealth prescription. I notified Done of this issue, and it took over a week for their response. It has now been one week since their last communication that indicated the prescription would be sent to a local Walgreens. Walgreens does not have the prescription yet. It has now been 2 months and I have not received treatment. Buyer beware.

The most astonishing and disgraceful health care interaction I've ever had in my lifetime. A bit about my Done experience: I was diagnosed by multiple clinicians previously at the Colorado State University Health Center. Me and the care provider decided on a 15mg extended release Adderall generic. This worked fine at the time. I had been using one or two a month based on my needs (I only struggle with a few things) and so it was nearly 18 months before I ran out and I'm no longer at CSU. I saw an ad for this service and wanted something quick and easy, so I thought the $200 would be worth it. Everything was fine until I met the clinician. He was A JOKE. I told him I would like to scale back to a 5mg without extended release because sometimes it would last too long. He refused, and told me that he didn't like when patients "thought they could just diagnose themselves" ended the call and wrote the prescription for 20mg extended release Vyvance. WHAT A JOKE. Absolutely refused to offer a lesser dosage, and refused to discuss any other alternatives. He should be prevented from practicing medicine. Clearly receiving some sort of incentive for prescribing Vyvance (the medication costs $350). I advise you NOT to use this service.

I have never, ever, ever, written a negative review. I'm not that type of person. So me writing this should tell you something. I've always suffered with ADHD symptoms, and was never in a position to really seek treatment or support previously. After a lot of mental effort I was finally ready to take a step to improving my mental health and that's when I came across Done. I was very excited about the possibility of finally getting help, and I paid the $200 for what was supposed to be a 30 minute initial consult with one of their providers. This supposedly 30-minute appointment turned out to be a 10, maybe 15 minute session with a judgemental "provider" who made me feel absolutely horrible for even thinking that I may have ADHD. I felt judged from the initial minute, and all my fears about seeking treatment and help were realized. I was almost in tears after the call. If you've ever had fears about finally tying to get your mental health under control, and then you have those fears realized by a company that's supposed to be helping you, you may understand the pain and sadness that this experience has left me with, let alone the waste of $200. Save yourself the mental anguish and the money and seek a different provider for your ADHD needs.

Update, Done has reached out and is attempting to resolve this issue. No update in 2 months. They only reached out and asked to remove or consider improving this review. There’s has been no response in the portal or updates. I went to a different provider locally. I paid $250 for my consultation half a year ago and was being treated the last 6 months at $79 per month. My care provider changed to a nurse Practitioner and told a appointment was needed since changing providers. I was honest about my other medication with everyone. My other Dr. my first provider and this new person who now won’t refill when I’ve been on the same thing the last 6 months. She agreed to refill and when it was not received by the pharmacy I reached out and they will not refill with cancellation. No side effects, changes or issues in the last 6 months but no longer able to get a refill. I’m 41 years old and this treatment was life changing but it’s was all ripped away without telling me. I’m a financial institution branch manager working on a promotion and this treatment put me at the top of my game resolving my ADHD. i was treated all through my youth being diagnosed in elementary. Now I’m stuck with no meds and they scheduled a follow up a month later while offering me no treatment. Every month there was a delay in my refill. My first was filled on the 14th and my last on the 30th. My pharmacy I’ve used for years stopped filling and I had to change due to the FDA investigation. It was late each time or entirely wrong. This seems like a website that takes in cash and helps Drs or whomever make a few dollars between real patients. I had an appointment booked I didn’t request at at 7:25 am and was on the call without the Dr even showing up. Getting ready for work while on a zoom call I didn’t schedule only for the Dr to not show. No reply but they insist I reschedule. The next was at 8:45pm two days later to lie to my face saying my refill will be sent and cancel then my refill without telling me later that day. Stay far away from Done and seek a real reliable provider who responds faster then 48 hours when reaching out. What a stressful provider with zero organization

I have been waiting an entire WEEK now for them to correct their embarrassing mistake of sending my prescription to my old and incorrect address in a completely different state. A WEEK. And just today the new provider they set me up with over this week who was supposed to help prescribe to me in New York told me that MY PRESCRIPTION WAS ALREADY WAITING FOR ME AT THE PHARMACY. THE SAME PHARMACY THAT THIS WHOLE FIASCO WAS ABOUT. THE PHARMACY IN THE WRONG STATE HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE REDIRECTING FOR ME. A fiasco an a terrible company with no respect for their clients. I am so angry because every month I am patient for weeks on end and every month they let me down, screw me over, stress me out and disappoint me. BEWARE. I am only continuing this care because I have absolutely no time to search for a new provider at this time in my life. This is a deeply awful company.

Would give less than one star if possible. Was told after paying $200 for a 15minute appointment. Go see a psychologist, we can't help you. Thanks for taking my money and giving me nothing.
