Pharmacy will no longer fill prescriptions from them. Done asked me to find a new Pharmacy after cvs refused to work with them. Walgreens said unless I have a local doctor they will not filly prescription. This is a drug running operation. It's a joke. Will be contacting my local doctor asap.

Just about done with done. Terrible non-working processes and customer service
I never write reviews. Because i usually dont get scewed that bad or excessively annoyed. I have never once returned food at a resaurant. You have to be pretty terrible to annoy me. I am more than annoyed.
How do you rate them a zero?
I was able to get setup 3 months ago and got a diagnosis and able to get a prescription. That went fine. A month later I broke my leg, yes, broken tabula. They indicated that they needed have another consult because I was proscribed a controlled substance and opioid painkiller for week and half. OK, fine no big deal. The world doesn't any more junkies i get it.
So after the medical person clears that, they said they are going to send the prescription again to the pharmacy that didn't happen. So after another month of acrewi.g around trying to get appointments and leaving several messages that no prescription was ever received despite their system saying for a week thst the prescription will be sent tomorrow, I finally get on the zoom again. Theoretically get it roned out.
Now their system says I have picked up the prescription 1 hour after that session and of course the pharmacy say no we haven't gotten anything. So the system says wait another month because you already got your prescription for the month. How would they make that false assessment of my actions?
This is a shortened version of the hassles.
I do not recommend. I can only hope capitalism works and either they crash and burn in a flaming wreck of bankruptcy or.they quickly implement basic customer service and don't take 3-4 days to get back to eople and clear up problems which aren't actually cleared up they are just kicked down the road. I have clearly expressed and provided and detailed information posted to their online message system to indicate that prescription information is not being transmitted to my pharmacy.
I am at present seeking an alternated

How do I give '0' stars...
How do I give '0' stars? Literally the worst customer service ever. Had to wait 14 days, after I requested a prescription refill, until they sent it to the pharmacy. Once it was sent, the pharmacy was OOS of my prescription. Now I'm on day 20, trying to get this prescription sent over to a different pharmacy with no update on when it will be sent. Literally, don't know how this business functions in the medical space.

Patient NEGLECT is real with DONE.....
Contacted DONE via the on-line assessment form and was scheduled for an appointment on 7/29/2022. Nurse practitioner was fairly thorough; albeit not very personable. As I had been previously diagnosed with ADHD and prescribed stimulant medication, it was fairly unremarkable. I conveyed to the provider that I wanted to resume taking medicine after taking a few years break. I was prescribed a very low dosage to start, with the instruction to contact her after a few weeks if I felt a dosage increase was necessary.
August 9 I sent a message via the patient portal that I would in fact like to discuss a dosage increase with my provider. I was told that my Provider was no longer seeing patients thru the DONE platform and that they did not have any other providers available in my state for transfer of care and I would be put on a wait list. Obviously, this was shocking to me as I had only been with DONE for about 2 ½ weeks. After sending an email stating this was very concerning, not to mention unacceptable, they found me another provider in Florida; however, her earliest availability was 8/18/2022. I confirmed this date and time and met with the 2nd provider. She was a bit more personable and after our appointment she confirmed a slight increase in dosage would be appropriate.
September 14th contacted DONE via patient portal to request a refill of my prescription. They indicated to me that they could not submit to my pharmacy until the 17th. I said not a problem, but please understand that my pharmacy does not stock this medication and each time must special order which is a 2-4 day delay. I was told they would submit the request on the 17th and there was no need for me to submit any additional requests. 9/17/2022 arrives and no refill. 9/18/2022 arrives and no refill. Contacted DONE multiple times via patient portal and “Urgent” phone line stating still no refil. No response. 9/19 – Pharmacy finally received RX for refill but refuses to fill because the provider is based out of San Francisco (not sure why because I was told my Provider was in the Tampa Florida area) and I am located in Southeast Florida. Pharmacy states I must be within a 50 mile radius of my Provider. Contacted DONE again on the 19th to explain situation. Spoke with a representative and was disconnected after placing another Urgent call. No one ever bothered to call me back or answer any of my numerous emails. 9/20 - scheduled a call on their “Urgent” line again and sent numerous emails to patient portal. Finally received a call from DONE at 11:24 AM stating their pharmacy staff were working on my issue and were "immediately" calling my pharmacy to resolve the problem.
September 21 - I received a message stating DONE had cancelled my RX with my pharmacy as the pharmacy could not fill due to the geographic location of my provider versus my pharmacy. DONE should have known from the beginning this was going to be an issue. I myself have done research on the internet and this has become an increasing issue with DONE over the last several months. DONE indicated they are looking into another provider in my area. This will now be the 3rd provider I have been assigned with DONE in 3 months’ time. I’m sure the pharmacy that I have used for years have now “flagged” my account because of this. It appears that I am doctor shopping and a drug seeker. Even if DONE works this out, I questions if my pharmacy will even fill a controlled substance at this point due to all of this suspicious activity.
So… not only am I out of medication at a critical time at my job and having severe anxiety over this experience, I will probably never be able to get this medication filled at my preferred pharmacy, or possibly any pharmacy, for that matter. Over the last 4 days I have sent multiple emails and scheduled (7) calls on their urgent “hotline” with only 1 call being returned by a “non-health care” employee. Not one medical professional has reached out to me as their PATIENT to check on my mental health. I have formally put DONE on notice that if I do not have a prescription in hand within 24 hours, I will be seeking legal counsel, regardless of the cost or time. It is unethical to treat a patient this way that is seeking help for a serious mental health issue.
9/21/2022 UPDATE:
Why do you respond to my review directing me to the "Urgent" link? Did you not even read my review. I have scheduled MULTIPLE calls via this link. Only one "non-medical" professional has ever returned a "scheduled" call (out of 7 scheduled calls) and she was not qualified to help with this issue. Again....this is just a "canned" response and shows your lack of empathy for your patients.
9/29/2022 Update: STILL trying to fill my medication. Pharmacy needs to speak with my clinician directly; however, "DONE" team never calls them to resolve. Going on 2 weeks now.

Once again a HORRENDOUS experience
Once again, another bad review to write for this company. They only seem to care about you and your medication when you reem them through bad reviews and nonstop emails and texts. But unfortunately that is the only way.
I have been requesting my medication be changed to a new pharmacy for two weeks now. I now leave to vacation tomorrow and still do not have my medication. Not only that, but no one is even working on it.
If I could give something a negative thousand stars I would give this company that. They don’t care about you and are soooooooo not proficient or efficient. Go to a regular doctor or a better program than this one. They don’t seem to realize that people with ADHD can’t just go “weeks” without their medication. Absolutely atrocious company.

Believe the Bad Reviews
Only sharing because I wouldn't want someone else to feel so frustrated and helpless. This place is NOT REAL. They will charge you, don't get me wrong. You might even get some support BEFORE your first appointment so you feel like- hm maybe everyone is wrong. Nope. Not wrong. Charged HUNDREDS of dollars (first month, first 'appointment' which is a joke, second month, plus out of pocket for medication.) Try to get a refill. I have PERSONALLY called every pharmacy that they supposedly use within driving distance from me. No one will fill their prescriptions. Ask for help in their portal-- you get a generic message that they are 'looking into it' and they close the ticket. Beyond generic, you know no one read it. Very expensive, very frustrating mistake (because some people like me rely on the prescriptions, but might not have a traditional provider covered)... Wish I had listened to other people who have gone through the same thing. I thought maybe I would be the exception, not the rule. And PS! They stop responding to you over email, so don't be fooled if in the beginning someone contacts you. Silence when you actually need your prescription refilled.

Urgent warning for all considering Done.
This is the first negative review I've ever cared enough to write, but I needed to speak up to second everything said by Brandon E. on 9/12. The following is my experience being scammed by Done.
(Long, but summary at the bottom.)
I first came to Done in May after the closure of Ahead. I, like many of you, have struggled to steadily receive the medication needed to help me manage my ADHD. Finding Done felt like an cool oasis after hundreds of miles of desert - it was so simple to join Done and to make an appointment with a practitioner, and to my incredible relief, they could see me the next day. I met my practitioner, and he asked me about my history with ADHD and medication, then prescribed to me the medications I had previously been on just based on my word. At the time, it had felt so refreshing to be taken seriously & trusted, and to have medication on the way the very next day.
I tell you all of this so that you don't make the same mistake that I did. I read the negative reviews, then tentatively gave Done a shot on a trial basis. My initial experience was, as you read, very promising. I felt heard, and I got my meds the next day. I think that Done prioritizes making sure sure the first appointment goes well so that people will sign up for their monthly membership. It worked on me, for sure. I signed up, and that was the last good experience I ever had with them.
I found out over a week before my prescription was due to be renewed on 6/5 that I would need to switch pharmacies, so I submitted my request. My pharmacy switch was confirmed by Done on 6/2 (several days after I had sent it), and I was told that it would take "at least 3 days" for my practitioner to get to it.
Over the next three weeks, I sent multiple messages to the Support email + to my practitioner, receiving no response despite me conveying my urgent concerns about the situation (I had effectively been cut off cold-turkey for the second time in 3 months, and was experiencing withdrawals - all of which they were aware of, and still did not deem important enough to give even a preliminary response). They have an "urgent" phone line to call. I called 9 times during business hours over the course of a week, and every single time it would ring for 8 minutes and then disconnect the call. Their Twitter was the only place I could find them acknowledging/responding to patients' issues at all, & that seemed to just be the public complaints in order to do damage control to Done's crumbling reputation. My DM to the Twitter was acknowledged, and they said they would get an urgent message to my care team. I never received any follow-up, nor were my further messages on Twitter answered by Done. From what I was seeing on Twitter, an alarming number of people were being ghosted by Done just like I was.
On 6/27, 22 days after my medication was due to be renewed, I finally received communication from Done. They had sent my prescription in (with no acknowledgement that they had ignored the urgency of my situation for over 3 weeks), they had assigned me a new practitioner, and they had all sorts of intake info they wanted me to fill out. By this point, I had actually begun with a new (and actually reputable) practitioner 2-3 days prior, so these emails were the exact reminder my ADHD needed to actually go in and cancel my membership with Done. I cancelled Done on 6/27.
My 'date of experience' is listed as 9/13, however, because that's the date I received a 'new treatment plan' from my Done practitioner (the first one, which I had been switched out of the care of) + an e-mail from that practitioner saying that he was keeping me on my current meds, along with some copypaste warnings about stimulant medications. I was very confused to receive these e-mails, since I'd cancelled three months prior. I went into my account settings, only to find that Done had reactivated my membership without my consent this month and would be charging me on 10/13.
I have cancelled for a second time + have a case open with my bank to block any further charges from Done in case they reactivate me without consent again. I've been told that I should also push for June to be refunded, since they didn't deliver any of their contracted services in June until it was too late + endangered my health in the process, but I just want to escape them.
IN SUMMARY, DONE:
- Collects membership payments for services they do not provide.
- Neglects to provide overdue prescriptions for 3+ weeks, in direct contrast with current best evidence-based practice (stopping stimulants abruptly can lead to dangerous health outcomes or thoughts of suicide - and the degree of Done's lack of concern for this evidence-based practice is honestly alarming to me).
- Often impossible to reach by any communication.
- Reactivates cancelled memberships without notice/consent.
