My busy schedule has kept me from self care and getting treated by a MD. I found Done and gave them a try. I went through a simple but accurate history, and had a video webcam with a physician. After a thorough review, the MD and I discussed my options. I felt confident in my personal treatment and the Physician who took care of me. Every month the physician and I had follow up sessions to discuss progress. I personally found this entire process, forgiving and “spot on” with the “as needed” calls/emails returned in a reasonable amount of time. Done has the process of patient care, private and complete. Really nice for people who live in small towns like me who don’t really have access to immediate help! Customer service is great and they constantly check on you.
