As a long-term member, let me try and help those of you leaving bad reviews: You need to understand something; it's not customer service's fault your doctor is not refilling your prescriptions or responding. I've had more than my fair share of issues, but every time it's a result of an unresponsive or unprofessional doctor. All Done does is match you with a prescriber (doctor). If you don't like your prescriber, ask them to move you to a new one. You can ask them to send you a list of doctors to choose from and then you can go read the reviews on them. Don't crap on Done until you've tried this. They could advertise their support line a bit better, but if you have a crap doctor, schedule a call using the urgent link, not the standard link on their website. I can't post links in this review, but it is scattered all throughout the responses to these reviews. Nine times out of ten they will have an appointment available the same day and 100% of the time they will have one available the next day. They will do whatever they can to help you. They cannot force a doctor to write a prescription or respond to you, but they can help you find a doctor who will treat you as you should be treated. In the interim, you can ask them to have another doctor send in your prescription and they will have it sent in within 24/48 hours. Again, they cannot force a doctor to do anything. Before you cancel your membership or get irrational with the support staff, I'll say it again; just simply e-mail them or schedule a call using the link below and ask them to send you a list of doctors you can choose from. Every doctor will have information on them somewhere on the internet. I JUST went through this not too long ago. Make sure you find a website where you can review your current doctor so others can read about your experience. If everyone does this, we can weed out all the crap doctors from the system. Before you give up and say you've already tried this, I can guarantee you, you haven't. If you're not being responded to, it's because they have no update, so rather than choosing to be chewed out they will wait until they have more information. Just be polite and do what I did, and what I'm telling you to do. Believe me, I wish I would have had this piece of advice months ago. As I'm reading these reviews, I see many people complaining that their medication is unavailable due to the national shortage. Just call around because many pharmacies will have some variation of the dosage you need. In regards to Adderall, 10's and 20's are nearly completely out of stock everywhere, but you can find 5's and 25's available at many pharmacies. Make sure when you call the pharmacy you ask them what dosages they have in stock. As an example, if you're prescribed 10 mg and you ask them if they have any, they will tell you no, but they will not tell you what they do have unless you ask them. Once you find out what they have, talk to your doctor and they will adjust your dosage until things are back to normal.

I’ve been using Done for a year now. My experience has been smooth. My provider let me know from our first meeting that I should request a prescription renewal about 5 days ahead of when I’d expect to pick it up, and so far that’s been more than enough time. I’ve had some issues with pharmacies using Done. Initially I was using CVS who stopped filling Done prescriptions shortly after I started, but I was able to switch to Walgreens. Walgreens now requires the patient and the prescriber to be within 50 miles of the pharmacy, which caused some issue as I had moved 80 miles from my original address during the last year. But, I’ve had no issues with Done or getting refills or appointments on time. It’s been surprisingly smooth this whole year I’ve been using the service.

Simple process. Recommended this to my brother. Doctors have been great and the experience is painless. They make it very convenient to work around your schedule. I’ve genuinely gotten better since starting DoneADHD.

Updating my previous review to reflect the extra time, effort, and patience the customer service team showed me over the past week to help fix my situation. Previously there had been a delay in getting my prescription refilled. However, turns out there was a bit of miscommunication/mixup on everyone's side (including the pharmacy), and the customer service team spent over a week with calls on a daily basis to help fix the situation. Really appreciate and acknowledge the patience and understanding shown by them, and have re-subscribed.

I’ve had such a great experience with Done. My provider is great and worked with me when I was trying to figure out my medications. I have not had any issues with my prescriptions, always a quick turnaround time. This is so much cheaper than going to my PCP who wanted me to see at least 3 different people over multiple appointments, before they would consider starting medication. I’m glad I found this. I do recommend this to others who are having trouble with access to their local doctors, especially psychiatrist and physicians who prescribe these meds. I work in the primary care field and a lot of our patients have issues because of all these extra barriers. If your own pcp can manage these meds, great. If not, this is the alternative.
