Same as the rest…. Initial call went well and now 3 days past prescription refill. No response to emails, can’t get ahold of anyone by phone. It’s funny they have no issues collecting your monthly payment but get your prescriptions filled on time is too difficult. Done is promoted as the modern service to mental health but being a client has only made things worse..... 10/14 update - scheduled an "Urgent Call" with one of the links provided to some of the other reviews. As of now are 45 mins late, no call, no follow up email, nothing. 3 days without prescription and we all know how fun withdrawal is.

No medication and no response from provider...
Tried Done. after it was a multiple month wait to see my primary care but have had a horrible experience and I would encourage people to look elsewhere. It seems that most pharmacies will not work with Done. at all. After the initial consultation and making my first payment, the provider has been extremely unhelpful and borderline impossible to reach. Have not been able to get my prescription filled and Done. does not seem to care much (going on two weeks since their last reply even after multiple follow-ups).
Edit: Scheduled a session with the patient care coordinator per the link below and never received a call...

A month later- still have not heard…
A month later- still have not heard back from my care team. Going into withdraw currently. Currently been calling both 415 numbers and calling again when it goes to voicemail. I will keep calling all day until someone picks up. If no resolution is made today I will finally be reporting done to all state and federal licensing boards as well as the Federal DOH and state AG for fraud.

This has been a terrible 7 days and…
This has been a terrible 7 days and Done has left me stranded. To top off my experience and to truly kick me once more while down, they never called me when I scheduled my emergency mental health appointment; the same link you will see them provided in nearly all negative reviews left due to a lack of responsiveness.
My medication has been out of stock in the entire area I live, and to be proactive, my attempt at avoiding a long lapse, I requested that my medication be changed to something similar that didn’t have supply chain issues. That was 7 days ago.
I’m now in full withdrawal mode, completely on my own. I’m tired, my body and muscles hurt, and I feel literally like just snapping my phone in half and throwing in to the ground; I’m incredibly irritable.
Done hasn’t done anything to help. I can’t say I recommend the service. What appears like help could turn into hell for you, so just be warned. A doctors office would have a number and a location to visit to ensure you got the help you needed. Done gives you no number to call, no place to go and when you conveniently schedule your mental health emergency; as if that’s practical, they may not even call you. So yea, be warned.
**UPDATE** 10/14
Its been days since I complained. Done support helped by refunding my monthly fee, but my core issue, a lack of medical care, still has not been addressed. I wish I could just get the help I asked for.
This is literally a hallmark of mental health malpractice. I encourage you to take action if Done has left you in the same position I am in.
- A doctor/patient relationship was established; we have months of history.
- Done and my provider has not met the standard of care. I followed the process and went above and beyond my duties by reaching out multiple times, scheduling an emergency appointment that they never showed up to, writing a review, and interacting with their support staff to secure help.
- I experienced harm through an uncontrolled withdrawal, causing both unnecessary physical and mental pain and suffering.
- There is a direct link between the Done, the provider's negligence, and the harm I am still experiencing.
I will channel my negative energy today and file complaints with the FDA against Done, the Florida Board of Medicine, and the Florida department of health. I figure that's a good starting point.

They will ignore you for weeks and not do anything to resolve issues.
I've been without medication for a week. They really don't seem to appreciate how disruptive it is for my daily routine given I work full time, and am doing a full time masters degree online. The clinician told me she was surprised I hadn't gotten my prescription given that I had gotten a text that it had been refilled. She then sent a note saying she had sent in the prescription and for me to call the pharmacy to see when it would be ready. Pharmacy says they received nothing. I haven't heard back from the clinician, or anyone else at Done even though they did email me to assure me they were going to "closely monitor" the situation and for me to reach out if anything happened. It seems kind of consistent I guess with some of the other reviews, but they really don't seem to care about their patients and are happy to ignore them.
EDIT:
It's now October 30th and in the entire time I've been sending messages to my clinician every 2-3 days and I've gotten one unhelpful, unrelated to my question, response. No one at the company is doing anything at all to help. Honestly just ridiculous at this point.

Don’t bother
Walgreens will not refill my prescription because Done is under investigation and was told to go through a local doctor instead. Don’t sign up with these people. They are aware no major pharmacy will fulfill their orders yet still take peoples money. It’s now a scam. When I brought this up to my provider , he said to do mail order instead but it would have to be paid out of pocket. 30 day supply of adderall is about 300 bucks. Plus the $80 monthly fee. This is BS. Save your $200 please
