The second provider I was assigned is great! The first one was unresponsive after an issue with the pharmacy. Overall great experience.

Done is a great alternative to in office visits. I’ve struggled with ADHD my entire life. Because I am a woman and don’t display typical symptoms, I was diagnosed at 26 years old. It was nice to finally be heard. Dr. Coleman validated my symptoms without any judgment. 4 out 5 stars because it was a little difficult getting my meds and it’s a little pricy. Other than that, my experience was great. I recommend Done to anyone who is more “on the go” and has some extra funds to speak to a professional. Thanks, Dr. Coleman and Donefirst.com.

I really enjoy the convenience of Done! It’s nice to be able to have a zoom visit with a doctor. The physician I talked to was very nice and I can tell she truly cares about her patients. I went with 4 stars instead of 5 because it is kind of expensive, and when I had trouble getting my prescription filled, I had to deal with a lot of back and forth to get a solution. I understand the doctor is busy, but it is a little frustrating having to wait a day or two for a response. I wish they had an online chat function or something to get answers and things done more quickly. Overall I am satisfied and happy!

It really seems as if the care team actually cares and genuinely tries to find a solution to whatever problem might arise. The only area of improvement that comes to mind would be turn around time. They quote a response within three days but depending on the issue if the provider asks a follow up question it can take quite a bit of time to get an issue resolved
