I have tried and failed to find psychiatric care that is attentive targeted and did not make me feel unimportant. Over 2 years, Done has provided me with that. They not only made sure that I was properly diagnosed and treated but they are responsive and really willing to help. I have recommended two people to the service since and they’ve had the same positive experience.

Done First has been a life saver for me! I was always too embarrassed and ashamed to go see a psychiatrist about my symptoms, but Done made the process so convenient and I felt comfortable talking to the doctor. Thank you Done First!

I have been shown true respect in Done’s pursuit to remedy my situation. The care coordinators worked together and diligently kept in personal contact along the way until they were able to confirm that my prescriptions had been filled. My prescription math was properly calculated and they made sure that I was able to start picking up both my morning and afternoon medications on the same day from now on. I advocated for myself when my frustrations were high, and the response I got from the Done Team was one of those experiences that remiss you nothing is personal. I can see now that Done IS truly trying to change the medical platform for easier access and treatment. Thank you to Done for showing me that it’s not about the problem but how you respond to it. Without Done I wouldn’t have been able to get the treatment I needed during COVID & after for my mental health. My other providers have waitlists for in person visits that are well into 6 months. Done is quick at responding to questions and concerns & assisting with prescription refills & adjustments as needed. I COULDN’T BE HAPPIER WITH THIS SERVICE!!! Money well spent to avoid long waits at the Dr.’s office! Amazing company and service for anyone looking for these services.

My caregiver has been very helpful in addressing my ADD issues and allying the right treatment ti my symptoms. The care I have received has been life-changing, and made a huge difference in my every day life. During the Covid lockdown, it was extremely hard to find a doctor, and this company was a lifesaver. 

The experience was very easy and I always feel comfortable with my doctor. They listen, follow up, and are always communicative. I highly recommend Done!

I had great difficulty finding effective treatment for my ADHD, and narcolepsy symptoms before I found DONE. No one seemed to understand my unique situation. I tried many treatments, with little success. I had all but given up. Happy to say my symptoms are now manageable.
