Fast, easy & friendly

Their attention to detail and quick response to questions and concerns makes them the best for me. The team and my provider helped me fill out documents I needed for school accessibility that I desperately needed. Turn around time for their assistance was faster than any doctor I’ve ever had in person. They understanding and quick when I have to change pharmacies when there is no availability for my prescription. They follow up when I need an appointment and accommodate to my availability. I appreciate them so much, they have truly been the best to me. Everyone involved in done from customer service to the authorization department and my provider are amazing and their service is the best.

While there have been some issues with response times and some bumps with the pharmacy (not Done's fault), the whole experience has been great. Any issues that have arisen have been handled professionally, which seems rare now-a-days. I'm glad I found Done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone who need the kind of help they provide.

I can not recommend this service more for those who are reluctant to seek mental health help and/or struggle with social anxiety. It is an easy to use experience with kind and understanding mental health professionals who will listen to you without judgment and provide dependable care. No delays or long waits for appointments and affordable. This is what mental health care should look like.

I have been using DONE for over a year . I have switched providers , had to have prior authorizations sent into my pharmacy on occasion , and DONE did a great job during the process . It is an automated system , so it does take some getting used to ; however, once you have your provider , it is very easy to navigate . The diagnosis, follow-up visits , and the monthly prescriptions were easy as well as productive . I would recommend DONE for anyone needing mental health support.

I am incredibly thankful for the support I have received. The care has been thorough, Personal, and left me feeling seen and heard. I feel like I am functioning the way I meant to because of the help that I have received.
