CRIMINAL!! Please report to your state Medical Board. I am writing this as I go through extreme withdrawals frm an antipsychotic medication recommended by my Done provider. It was always difficult to get medication refills, with lack of communication and difficulties getting it sent to the correct pharmacy. However, after 10 months I've been completely ghosted and without essential medication. I am now out of work, and in bed with withdrawal sypmtoms, with no help from a healthcare provider. As stated in other reviews, I've contacted the emergency line several times with empty promises. Apparently my provider left the platform, presumably from not being paid as stated in another review. I did not receive any notice my provider left and am now without a doctor. They put me on a serious medication which other doctors and telehealth companies will not refill. Though I am suffering, I am more concerned about the others with more serious mental illness who have been completely abandoned and without necessary medications. Done should be ashamed and held criminally liable for any deaths by suicide resulting from their practices. And I say to Done.... do NOT respond with your copied and pasted "we care" response, as this is FAR more serious than simply caring about negative reviews. PATIENTS LIVES ARE AT RISK AND YOU ARE LIABLE!!!!!

When I began with Done, the nurse practitioner that I was to meet with was a no-show. Then they tried to reschedule by picking random/dates and times (none of which worked with my schedule). I’d decline the invites because I wasn’t available. After a few rounds of this I told them to cancel my account. There is/was no way to cancel the account through their portal. I told them to close my account 3 or 4 times. They continued to charge my credit card even though I kept declining the appointment and telling them to close my account. My credit card wouldn’t remove the bogus charges. Never, ever get the Apple Card (Goldman Sachs). They’re allow their cardholders to be exploited by bogus companies like Done. Check BBB for complaints about Done Health. Many of the complaints describe exactly what I'm describing here. Done will not be around much longer, after the DEA gets thru with them. Google “Done Telehealth DEA investigation”.

Terrible! If i could give 0 stars I would. This caused me more headache than help. Youll go months without medication / treatment but still be charged. No help. Horrible. Happened over and over again. Please avoid for your own sanity and wallet.

As most reviews will point out, Done is catastrophically bad at everything. My first prescription was filled immediately after my appointment, but this was literally the only moment that has been smooth since. Supposedly my portal has been broken since day one as I am not able to request a refill on the site. 5 months and 6-10 check in later - 0 progress on this front. My provider has 0 availability on the calendar to adjust my treatment plan and despite scheduling assuring they were going to get me slotted into the calendar, this also has not come to fruition after roughly 2 months. Refilling prescriptions is definitely the biggest pain point, on average I’d say 10 days late is normal. Due to this delay, i received 4 months of treatment over 5 months of membership. As of now, my prescription is 24 days past due which makes it 4/6 months. They had it refilled by a covering provider that my pharmacy wouldn’t fill because he/she wasn’t even eligible to write the prescription so they also wasted my time on that front too. I should also clarify that aside from my first prescription not a single refill has been issued by my provider - it has always come down to a covering provider. I am now being switched to someone else who will hopefully be responsive but I couldn’t be less optimistic that anything will be resolved. In summary, a membership with done will likely lead to you getting your treatment, but only 66-80% of the time - which should be illegal in a medical field. Customer service is very responsive and apologetic, but their escalations lead to nothing. Given the other reviews it looks like I’m in good company.

I have been on Adderal and Klonopin for over 6 years for my ADHD and Panic attacks. I recently moved out of state so my doctor can’t treat me anymore and have ran out of my medication. I have had the hardest time finding any doctors in my area for medication management due to them not taking new patients and I found out about Done from one of the local offices I called. I made my appointment and had my appointment. My appointment was on Tuesday 11/1 and it was pleasant and well structured. I have been asked the same questions before by my psychiatrist years ago, so I felt like I was in good hands. I told her on my appointment how normal I feel while on my medication and how these past few weeks I feel like I’ve been unraveling slowly with a few emotional meltdowns not being on my medication. I also told her that I’m a pretty healthy person with the way I eat, exercise and practice yoga and even meditation hasn’t been helping me. She assured me she would get my medication called in quickly but it might take 24 hours…fast forward to today Friday 11/ 4 and she still hasn’t called in my prescription!! I’ve sent several messages and NOBODY has responded!! Do NOT use this service!! I paid 199.00 for someone to not fulfill their obligation after taking my Money and now I’m having to go longer without my medication and figure out how to find a different service since I can’t find anyone in my area. This is a joke and unprofessional and pretty pathetic that they would string me along making me think they are going to help me. They Do Not care about my MENTAL HEALTH CLEARLY, so they won’t care about yours!! Save your money!!!

Tried to have my medication renewed and they have now informed me that the only Pharmacy I could find last month is no longer filling prescriptions with DONE. They have become recognized by every pharmacy in my area as not legitimate and because of that I feel like now they have compromised my ability to ever have a stimulant type medication filled in the future. All of customer support is over seas and there is a HUGE language barrier. I have never spoken with anyone that I could understand. They expect me to find a pharmacy to fill this prescription. Why should I have to do that? They should have never signed me up for their "service" knowing full well that pharmacies will not work with them. I have been with DONE 3 months and this has been nothing but a nightmare. I AM DONE! And I do plan to report them to the BBB as well as anyone else that will listen. UPDATE: DONE has requested I reach out to their customer support. I've been down this road so many times I can't even keep track. As I mentioned before, there is a serious language barrier with their customer service "team". They have my phone number, if they have someone that speaks clearly and who is capable of answering my concerns, they can call me.

Perhaps the most poorly run company ive ever dealt with in 2022. Glossy Marketing, Great Signup and then a completely fall of the cliff experience. Their support email is useless - the same canned responses. The "3 business day" follow-up - don't hold your breath. This is really just so poorly run its incredible they are allowed to be in charge of patient's medication. Stay Far Away. All the support is in the Philippines and there is no ability (even through their Urgent Care Line) to reach an American Management Team - who can actually do anything.

What an absolute sham of a company. I haven’t received a refill for my prescription for over 2 months now and they continue to charge my card. During the 5+ call’s I’ve had to schedule with them, the same girl with the same customer support script, answers on the other end and tells me that they have put me in “urgent que” or some BS, and that their “Email Team” will reach out to me with an update. I never hear back from anyone. Ever. I’m beyond fed up at this point as the meds they had prescribed me have awful side effects when you’re forced to stop cold turkey, and it has effected my work and personal life immensely. I’m not sure if I need to go to the state medical board or consult a lawyer at this point. I feel wronged by these people. I would never recommend this company to anyone who needs stability and reliability in life. By far the worst medical experience I’ve ever had.
