I'm livid at this company. Calling the pharmacy not to help resolve an issue only to ask questions about me and then when they called them out they hang up. I'm just horrified by them I'm done doing this with them! I beloved they are not in this country and have no understanding of how pharmacys work in the us

Well, to start, the provider told me that I just needed to stop spending money, because one of my stressors was paying for my daughters housing. She was rude, condescending, didn't discuss treatment options with me at all. Told me that the ONE cup of coffee I drink at 8am is the reason I can't sleep at 10:30 pm. Now I can't get a hold of anyone from the company. There is no phone number, and the so called 24/7 access is a lie, since that is not active on my portal.

I’ve used nearly every telehealth site. Done is difficult to navigate, difficult to get ahold of the care teams and clinicians, and all around a lousy site. You’ll be better off using another telehealth site that has both a messaging feature as well as a responsive care team.

Absolute terrible experience. I thought my provider was going to take good care of me, instead my medication was never sent, my profile is not active, and their customer service is not helpful at all. It’s been 2 weeks and I have still not received an update on this or any treatment. I absolutely would not recommend. Update: I received a lousy phone call telling me they will try to resolve my issue. Nothing has been done still and it is approaching one month! Every time I contact someone I get the run around that my request will be forwarded to a support team. My provider will not answer my consults. This is a scam and has only made my symptoms worse.

This service is very bad and I would waste time with it. Every single time I need a refill, I have to ask a million times for it. It makes me feel like no one cares. I've tried everything to manage ADHD and paired with behavior therapy I thought I would feel relief. But no. Not if I'm always in fear if the meds being taken away. It so stressful. I have way more anxiety now. It's disheartening. All we need is dependability. I have read the reviews here and it is a shame. You charge is $79 per month and then you don't provide a service. I have some random person call me when I leave consult messages that basically does nothing at all. She just says that they are working on it and it takes forever! 2 weeks is too long to wait in between meds. It's almost like to have to have a surplus just to be able to depend. I also keep seeing responses from Done stating that they working so hard on the concerns. No....we all know you're not. If you were we would have more formality and dependability with your service. I am trying hard to transfer my prescription to my php but they won't even respond to her.

They prescribed me with 10 mg xr. Pharmacy told me to get hold of them and I left them dozen emails and calls. They responded after a day (membership states I have 24/7 support). Then I complained that I do not feel the effects on my first day and asked them should it be fews days before I feel something. NO RESPONSE. I got paranoid and asked them the next day, are these placebo pills? Because I do not feel anything. NO RESPONSE. Then I got a message that they are dropping me as a patient and my membership was canceled my portal deleted. Ofc no refund. My question is this, Is this how u treat your patients? no answer just ghosting and then block, is this highschool and we are dating what is this behavior?

Started out great…. then provider #1 quit within 2 months and I was not notified. Provider #2 - quit. within 3 months. My prescription was 2 weeks late being called in and the pharmacy has been out of my medication. I requested a pharmacy change a few hours ago and requested an appointment for the 3rd time and guess what happened? They shut down my account bc of non payment after being told they were putting it down for a two week extension bc of these issues. They expect payment but DON’T take care of their patients! I have requested a phone call from the owner or whomever structured this company with this crap business model and thought this was a great idea to sufficiently treat chemically imbalanced patients. If I do not receive this phone call I will be reaching out to the Attorney General. As far as “customer support” responding to this… don’t! I’m sick of your ongoing excuses for over 3 weeks now. I AM DONE!! I expect that phone call! ****Notice they replied with the same stupid response they ALWAYS do! I get the same response to my account over EVERYTHING. Generic.

Try finding a phone number for them. That's a huge red flag. I finally got a phone number from my credit card company, and they answered "Thank you for calling the service provider." I asked "are you Done First Healthcare?" and they said "umm, yes." If you can find a phone number for them, maybe it's just me, but that was enough to make me cancel.
