30+ days late on sending my prescription and no resolution in site
I have been using DONEADHD since Jan of 2022, initially was prescribed medication for adhd in 2013 and thought this route would be easiest to be reassessed in a post pandemic climate. Since January, Done has allowed approximately 2-3 months of delay between prescription refills. Currently, I have a thread of 30+ emails from them spanning the entirety of November where they thank me for my patience and insist my prescription is coming. And yet, it is now December 5th and I still do not have my refill from November 8th or any sort of explanation as to why they repeatedly fail to send it to my pharmacy. Again, I have been waiting on a prescription from Done for 30+ days and there is no resolution on site.

DO NOT USE DONE FIRST
Would never recommend to anyone! Countless times I submitted a prescription refill and the provider would not send it in. You can request someone from customer care to reach out but they do not help and say they will reach out to the provider to resolve the issue - but I never heard back from anyone each and every time. I finally canceled my subscription because for the last two months I've been waiting on my prescription to be sent to the pharmacy (as I requested through the portal) and they are still charging the $79/month fee for their "services" but giving no treatment/appointments/guidance on what to do or how they are helping. They did schedule me an appointment to meet with a provider and cancelled it four times, finally rescheduling to a day of appointment while I would be at work (8pm on a Saturday.) I emailed in (as you cannot call since there's no number on the website) to let them know I already had multiple appointments scheduled and they kept canceling and rescheduling and now I would not be able to make the new one. No one responded, the appointment took place and I was not there as I WAS WORKING, and then they had the audacity to ask for feedback on the appointment via text. This company and the people that work here have no clue what is going on. Complete lack of disregard for the patients and absolute carelessness overall. I asked for a manager to contact me 5+ times in the past week and still haven't heard from anyone. Simply do not use Done First - the positive reviews are either fake or these people have not gotten to the point where they stop caring (for me started around the third/fourth month.) I've read through other reviews and this seems to be a common theme.
***EDIT:
Their reply insists on scheduling a time for someone to call me, through their "urgent" help line, which I've already done three times last week. Someone will call and say they will handle the situation and get back with you. Nothing happens - I've done it in the past as well and waited weeks for a resolution before scheduling another call. It's just someone who works from home with no access to a manager transfer that "takes notes" and sends it off to be "handled."

ADHD all my life, never have I been treated so poorly by a clinician
Oh boy, my experience with Done was and is not great. At first it seemed ideal, having the ability to treat my ADHD without the need for in person visits. Yes the price was a little high, but it was nice. I started out on a low dose of Adderall IR which was tremendously helpful, however because it is an instant release, my dose was not lasting through my day and I was experiencing some rebound-effects because of it. I reached out over messages to my provider since there is a spot that specifically says "medication adjustment". The responses from my clinician were confusing, asking me to set up an appointment to talk about it. This was fine, no big deal. I attempted for 4 MONTHS to schedule an appointment with my clinician and had to reach out to customer service because there was no availability and I had already waited 4 months. Customer service helped to schedule an appointment. However, my clinician chose not to show up to my appointment. Great. Not thrilled. I went ahead and reached back out to customer service who thought that I had skipped my appointment. After realizing it was the other way around, I was rescheduled for a week later. In the meantime, it was time for a refill which I submitted. It also presented the option to message my clinician about a "medication adjustment". I went ahead and messaged her again as a reminder that I did want to talk about adjusting my treatment. My clinician's response was that she "would not be increasing medication." This was confusing because we hadn't yet had a full conversation about medication options/adjustment so I was not sure what this decision was based on. I replied asking if this was due to Adderall shortages. She then replied that if I am experiencing issues due to Adderall shortages, to reach out to my pharmacy. In my frustration, I went ahead and just ignored our conversation and waited for our appointment, where we would have the time to speak in depth about treatment. On the day of my appointment, my clinician joined the appointment late but still within the cutoff window that Done provides their clinician's. Which was frustrating but fine. When she arrived on the call it was very noisy, at one point I believe she had to speak with someone who was probably her family member. I mentioned to my clinician my concerns about medication not lasting through my day. We talked about Adderall XR. I then posed the question about the pros and cons of XR x1 daily vs IR x2 daily. This was when things got very unprofessional. Instead of having a patient to clinician conversation about the pros and cons, I was lectured about the DEA and their role in watching what my clinician does. I was lectured about her licensing. I was made to feel that in asking about adjusting my medication, I had done something wrong. I was then told that she would not be adjusting my medication. I then let her know that while it is her choice of what to prescribe and how to prescribe it, the role of the DEA and the potential of losing her licensing are of absolutely no concern to the patient and this was highly unprofessional and inappropriate. In all of my years of living with ADHD, finding coping skills to help, dealing with diagnosis, and jumping through endless hoops, I have never been treated so poorly nor have I ever dealt with someone so unprofessional and uninformed about what they are prescribing and even the disorder she was prescribing it for. After our appointment was over, I also noticed that the refill date for my medication had reset, meaning that I would have to wait an entire month to refill, when in reality I only had 8 days left. I have already spoken with the patient care team who ensured that my refill date would be fixed. I was asked if I would like to stay with my clinician. I stated that I would like to be paired with a different clinician. I was told that scheduling would reach out to me within a week to schedule with a different clinician. This has yet to happen. When it came time to refill, I again clicked my medication adjustment button, because I had waited 4 months for an adjustment and it had not been completed yet, I did not realize that I hadn't been paired with the new clinician yet. The clinician I have had numerous issues with replied and stated again that she would not me adjusting my meds at this time. I did get a refill in the meantime. I have yet to have an informed conversation about medication with any clinician since my initial prescription. I have yet to be reached out to for scheduling with a new clinician. For a company whose message is about making things easier for those with ADHD, this has been the most difficult health/medical related process I have ever experienced. I'm not frustrated that I wasn't changed to twice daily, I only wanted to have a conversation ab treatment options and that never happened.

I’ve been waiting for over a month now…
I’ve been waiting for over a month now to have my prescription called in. After an initial Doctor No showed for an appointment. It took several weeks to reschedule. I finally did get another appointment about three weeks ago. But, they still have not called in my correct prescription. The level of unprofessionalism is stunning. They claim 24 seven support, but it takes them 72 hours to get back to you and they never answer the phone.

Terrible Service
Terrible, terrible, terrible. It is near impossible to get anyone on the phone and even if you do unless it's the physician it is a waste of time. The best plan is to monthly get an appointment it is the only way you will get a script written on time. This company is ripping off their client base and not meeting what they're charging you for. How the heck do they get away with doing this?
Update on 12/5: It upsets me to see the automated response with the urgent link. I have done that twice already, with no resolution of the issue. They are timely on charging per month, but not timely on fulfilling their services.

Almost a month late on my prescription
Almost a month late on my prescription. Pharmacies all around the country are dropping Done as a provider. So it's a constant cat-and-mouse game for you to find somewhere to even fill it.
With the shortages, it's on you to call pharmacies until you find one that has medication in stock. Then you have to hope that their snail's pace refill request process can send it in time before the pharmacy runs out of stock.
I've been trying to get them to send my script (which is already over a month behind) to a new pharmacy all week. No response from my provider.
I have an appointment next week with a local doctor to I can drop Done. Don't get scammed by them.

If I could give 0 stars I would

I am writing to the BBB and the state attorney general of California to report this company. I suggest everyone with a complaint do the same and let’s get this company shut down. Haha or DONE! I actually had an appt with (provider) on Nov 1 (after cancellations and then appt settings, then canceled again) and she told me she was leaving the company. This is been all after repeated attempts to make an appt, being told there was no provider in my area? None of the portals worked, constantly being told to make an appt, yet no portals worked. A total SCAM!
Write to BBB. This company needs to be put out of business.
Hilarious that is has taken DONE 6 months to ask for an updated review. After all the hassle no headache they then told me there was no provider in my area anymore. I have joined another online service and had absolutely no problems in a professional matter.
DONE was by far the worst for customer service experience I have encountered.
Read the other reviews. And find another company.
And stop asking me to update my review.

This company is awful
This company is awful. They might seem alright at first, but once you start to rely on them for care, they will continue to take your money and neglect any messages, refill requests, or appointment requests leaving you with no option but to look elsewhere. For me it took 2 months for them to abandon me. Now I’m without medication when I thought I could rely on consistent care and I’m having to look for another Dr. Not to mention figure out how to get them to stop charging me. Absolutely frustrated and disappointed
