I really love how DONE was able to work with me so I can get my medicine. I really love the doctor they paired me with, he is compassionate and kind. If I have a question they are quick to answer it. They are quick to help you and make sure that everything is right. I really love that about DONE.

I have a running list of medical issues, and various specialty doctors that I have to book months in advance. Done let me knock one of those out with their incredibly convenient process and fast response time. In less than a week I was able to have a video call with my psychiatrist and get started on my treatment. My life has been exponentially better since getting treated, and without Done I’d still be on a months long waiting list to see a psychiatrist today would cost me three times as much!

My experience was great, it was quick and efficient. I never felt judged. I was able to have an open and honest conversation for the first time with a provider. I would refer them to anyone!

These guys helped me get my life turned around! I recently moved to another state and my old doctor couldn’t prescribe my medication to me anymore. Since I have had diagnosed ADHD for years, I just really needed someone to help me continue my medication without going through the whole rigamarole of finding an in-person doctor, the introductory phase, etc. ‘Done’ is an easy and straight-forward platform to use and I had a great first meeting with my new provider. She was really kind, asked me thorough questions and took the time to understand me. I was really impressed. The website was a little clunky; it said I needed to do my assessments but I had already done them, and upload my ID which I did too. Didn’t hold up the process too much though and was able to solve for it easily. Definitely will keep using the service and continue to see my new provider!
