“AMAZING”. That is exactly how you will feel about your experience with done! I have had nothing short of amazing support from my done doctor to amazing service from the entire done team! They actually do care about their patients and go above and beyond to show it! I have never had an issue with scheduling my appointments or requesting a new prescription. They are very professional and are always on top of things. They have been a big part in helping me get my life on track! I personally wouldn’t look any further, they are the exactly what they advertise and more! For me to even bother filling this review out should say a lot because I absolutely despise reviews! Since my initial review, Done has really turned things around in my experience for the better. Clear communication + excellent customer service. I think the website still needs some work, for those with multiple medications, if they're off cycle from each other you still need to contact customer service. While that's a slight annoyance, the assistance that you get is worth it. If you're looking to give Done a try, I honestly think that despite a few cons, the customer service and convenience is well worth it

I’ve been using Done for about 4 months now. I’ve not had any issues so far. Always had a very quick response when getting refills. I do have to see a PCP in person before I can refill my next prescription, but I’ve dropped the ball on that one because I’ve been so busy. Check the laws in your own state before signing up. I’ve had no issues so far. Walgreen’s tried to give problems at first (but that was them), now I have no issues with them because I use their app to pick up my refills.

My doctor is amazing He is very responsive whether I have a question or not. I believe he does have extensive back ground in the field. I'm not going to mention his/her name but my life has been amazing after Done!

Done has changed my life. I have finally found a medication that regulates my adhd symptoms on a daily basis and I have never been happier with their service!!!

When my doctor said I'd need a psychiatrist to try stimulants for my focus and task starting issues, I knew that I couldn't afford a traditional in-office doctor without insurance, let alone the wait time. A friend of mine told me about Done. I've always had a good response out of my provider, with video consultation or messaging. I was even able to arrange an in-person meeting to satisfy government regulations. They've always been really great about listening to my concerns and helpful in making dosage adjustments.
