Honestly I see the reviews about customer service or med issues. The entire country is short on some meds. The pharmacy is on back order nationwide! When I call customer service I schedule a meeting and they always resolve any issues very quickly. I have zero problems with them and I have friends who have has zero issues as well. Being able to see a doctor through telehealth when there was a pandemic and the end of one Has saved my life. Life changing medication and medical care.

My appointment was set in a timely manner. The doctor listened to my concerns and addressed them effectively and efficiently. He took the time to listen and understand my concerns and desire to maintain an active lifestyle

I will admit I have a very well established diagnosis and medical history for my meds but because of my ADHD and just in general moving a lot or even moving jobs a lot I struggled so mitch at keep care regular and being able to re establish care for my adhd. It felt like every time i moved or changed insurance it was a battle to prove to my new doctors something i’ve been diagnosed with and always struggled with from the age of 6. Done was so amazing no muss or fuss, i pay out of pocket for the service and just run the medicine through my insurance at the pharmacy. My doctor is a real doctor he is very educated in new and old thoughts about adhd and adhd meds and even educated me a lot on understanding about medication and the diagnosis that had changed since i was a kid. He is super kind and upfront about side effects and long term effects and possible negatives of the meds. Because I have been treated for adhd my whole life doctors often didn’t fully explain everything especially never had educated me on side effects. They send out reminders and texts so I’m no longer chronically missing appointments and upsetting myself or losing access to care because of trouble with appointments. the regularity and the support and set up of everything about this service is amazing and has made such a huge positive impact on my quality of life. Being neurodivergent life can be so chaotic and the one thing i can always count is done and having my meds and that has helped me get so much better about routines and everything to do with my adhd. finally having access to an affordable service like this is a godsend and saved my life/improved my quality of life by more then I ever could of hoped. I have been using some for longer then six months now i think and I am just so grateful for their existence. Life is already hard with adhd and the pain of the doctor struggle to be able to just have access regularly to the meds I need to be able to regulate and function like at a healthy level was so depressing. I am so much happier and more relaxed anout my life now, that makes it so much easier to be motivated and work on myself i’m ways i never could before. Truly life changing I could not advise this company more.
