Everyone I have worked with has been attentive, there is many avenues of communication and a focus on how to address my diagnosis

I'm just writing here to seek help getting a provider. I love donefirst and have been there since early last year. Had to go off the service temporarily due to a personal financial hardship which I told my clinician and team about. When I came back to my account two days ago, it says my provider has left the service at the end of May. I see that some others have access to a provider so I was hoping I can get a chance to speak to someone who can redirect me to a new provider. Please let me know.

So far my experience has been nothing but positive, I saw an ad on Instagram about done and filled out their questionnaire. Once completed I was made a date of when I’d speak with a physician and how much it would cost if I agreed, I followed through and have since gone through a course of treatment and haven’t had any problems. It’s been a very positive experience and no long waits or hassle to be treated or seen.

I love this system! I struggled to get appointments set up with Drs. This was so quick and easy and dr. Was supper nice.

Fast, easy and convenient. Correspondence is returned relatively quickly.

So far a great experience been with Done for almost a year now and they’ve been a great help with my day to day life. Overall quick responses within a day or two at the most and my doctor has been a friendly person to work with. Would def recommend

The people are helpful and make sure to stay in contact while being very kind. My clinician is also helpful and continues to provide some sufficient care as well.

Pleasantly surprised by doctor and overall experience. Swift and pleasant experience getting support from done after local doctors weren’t taking new patients. My appointment and care has been great but I’ve had some issues with cancellation on provider end.
