The doctor was great. I am giving it three stars because of its horrible communication layout. There is no way to see your message history. If I message the doctor then I should be able to see a history of those communications, you can't. It's 2022 we should totally be able to see all the communication we've had. We should know where in the queue we are for getting a response.

While the online appointment structure is convenient, my prescription renewal is continually delayed as is the delivery. The last time it wasn't delivered and I contacted donefirst.com to ask where it was, I was told that it had already been delivered. After arguing with the support person, pointing out that I had been out of the country and thus unable to sign for it, they sent it the next day. This month they deleted the auto renewal feature and the replace it with a button to request a renewal. My prescription is due to be renewed, but it says that the feature is unavailable for 30 more days. Complete pain in the ass.

Having an online provider was a great relief with a busy life style. There were some trial and errors which the team would fix but then something else went wrong. The last month I was finally happy with the pharmacy and my provider but got hit with bad news on their end. If they were consistent and also pharmacies didn't give us patients such a hard time I believe my experience would have been a better one. Since October 2022 I have stopped using Done.

Update to my original review. I was able to set up a call with the Donefirst care team and the representative confirmed my request to have my prescription resent with the correct instructions has been sent to my provider multiple times now. It’s now been 16 days since I was due to refill my medication and my provider or any other provider approved to work in my state has resent over a corrected prescription. This is something that should take only minutes to do. I’ll be canceling my membership if this can’t be corrected ASAP. Original review. I’m giving 3 stars simply because things have worked okay for the first 3 months of using this service. Over time it became more difficult to receive a refill of my medication in a reasonable time and now I have gone several weeks without my medication because there was an error on my prescription and my pharmacy cannot fill it. I’ve sent multiple messages to customer support along with my pharmacy requesting a corrected prescription. The donefirst team is good about responding but I can’t get my provider or another Dr. to just send the right prescription to my pharmacy.

I was at my appointment early as instructed, they brought me in from the waiting portal and said “they couldn't see me on my camera”. So we restarted the session, I then waited in the online waiting room for 15 minutes at which point the doctor cancelled the appointment. The site does not have 24/7 assistance as claimed. I have been exchanging emails with the company for two weeks regarding the situation, which seems like something that could have been handled in a day or so? Update: A refund has been issued. I stand by the initial assessment that the customer service portion of the program needs improvement.

Was billed for a consultation, showed up 10 mins early. Provider never showed up. Support got back to me and re-scheduled, will see if it works out next time.

I’ve gone back to edit my review. Taking this from a one star to a three star because I like to believe the best. My experience after meeting with my physician initially was rough.. was ghosted for awhile and was to the point where I really thought this whole company was a scam. I was able to book another appointment with a physician, and the situation ran smoothly. They assigned me a new physician, someone in my state, and she seems pretty great, so we’ll see!

The customer service is terrible. The “call for service” line is never answered, the doctors are impossible to get ahold of, no one will help when you need it. It’s been fine at first but has been awful the last few days. ***Edited to say that they did finally reach out and help to solve the problem.***
