Needs Improvement
Update: April 2023
My assigned Dr. has been changed and now there is no way to refill my prescription, set an appointment to talk to my doctor, and customer service is almost non-existent. Schedule a time for a call back with customer support and they won't call you back.
Already the monthly fee seemed high, and now I'm making payments for medication and services that aren't being provided. Done definitely needs to improve.
Dec. 2022
Recently I decided to try a consultation to see if ADHD meds might be a good option for me. After reading some negative reviews online, I skipped over Done and set up a consult with a higher rated company. On the day of the appointment my doctor didn't show, and then a week later they emailed me saying for unforeseen circumstances the couldn't do any consultations, after having already charged me for the consultation!
As a result I booked a consult with Done. The doctor was on time, very helpful, and started me on a new prescription. Within 24 hours I had the medicine in my hands! I'm spending $8 a month on the meds without insurance and I feel like this is going make a big difference for me 2023.
Its only been a week but everything has been great so far. If you are on the fence, I would recommend giving them a shot, despite some of the negative reviews out there.

I have been using Done for 2+ years
I have been using Done for over two years and have always fought off the haters who tried to make a bad name for this company.. until today. Not only have I been without medication for two weeks due to my account never allowing my to renew my prescription online and 6+ calls with Done.. no meds so I met with my lovely provider this morning, who had to inform me that she is no longer allowed to write for my prescription I have been on for over 5 years, due to the National shortage. My pharmacy confirmed that have my medication in stock… yet my provider claims that the company still will not let her write for my prescription. This is absolute nonsense. If this is not resolved ASAP before my pharmacy does actually end up stuck in the middle of this shortage, I will absolutely no longer be a patient with Done.

If you already take meds proceed with caution
I’ve been prescribed ADD meds for over 20 years & need to find a new provider after recently relocating out of state. Since I don’t know anyone in my new area, I was so EXCITED & relieved to learn that a platform like Done is actually available, especially at an already a stressful transition/ time for me!!! Unfortunately, it has only brought me additional stress so far…
My 1st appt was yesterday & I was logged into the zoom link 10 min early, but the provider never showed. However, she did end up calling me by phone & apologized for missing it. She didn’t have any of the info I was asked to submit prior (including my history, current meds, pharmacy info, etc.) & there was a communication barrier because it VERY difficult to understand her questions or almost anything said. On top of that, she kept taking other calls at the same time & was talking to other ppl while on with me, which made it harder to figure out when she was addressing me. Finally after asking her to repeat everything multiple times, she decided to keep me on my current med regimen & I felt better.
She asked for pharmacy info, which I already sent in & verified to be an approved pharmacy, but she was insistent on me using Giant - said she was trying to help me by doing so. Of course, I agreed to the one she recommended & then she sent my Tx with that pharmacy listed on it via the Pt portal.
At this point, I’m not at all upset in spite of how things went because at the end of the day I didn’t have to be worried about whether or not I’d run out of meds cold turkey! After work, I tried calling that pharmacy where it was supposedly sent to give my info since I’ve never filled there & got no answer. I left a VM & got called back by pharmacist who lmk they never received any Rx for me. I reached out to the Done CS Team with no response. I then sent a msg to my provider in the pt portal with no response until today I got this reply:
(Greetings! This is from Done Support team. We already informed your provider about your refill request.)
I haven’t said anything about a refill request!!!! Plus I keep getting auto messages congratulating me for completing my first appt which feels like a slap in the face at the moment since I can’t reach anyone to assist me & I will be completely out of meds by tomorrow!!!
I see where they have charged me $189 for my “visit” which I don’t mind paying if the situation is resolved in a timely manner. I truly hope that happens today, but I’m afraid I will end up having to find yet another provider & it will then appear as if I’m “doctor shopping” which is quite simply not the case! I thought this was supposed to make life a little easier, but instead it’s only causing extra anxiety & wasted $!!!
PS) As a mental health professional myself, I find this to be reckless & flat out unacceptable. I will update my review if the situation ends up being resolved or if my $ gets refunded.

ghosted, like many others
my initial consultation went smoothly, then completely ghosted by the provider. done. customer support actually responded, but don't seem to care that i've run out of a daily medication and have no timeline for remedying the situation. renewal request should have taken max three days, and it's now been a week, advised to wait "at least 24 hours" to hear back from them. best case scenario i'll be out of medication for two weeks, and i'm not hopeful for the best case outcome. but not to worry, they will make sure to put through their monthly charge on time!

Inconsistent and careless.
It seems like there is a mass resignation of providers at Done First.
It was easy initially. I thought it was a godsend.
But since then, my refills are rarely on time, communication is sparse, I have to put in for refills myself and they’re usually late, and I’ve had two providers resign.
My prescription refill has gone unaddressed in for two weeks, and to be honest-
If this is a company whose entire product is supporting ADHD clients- they should, at the bare MINIMUM, be *consistent.*
If I wanted to keep dealing with missed deadlines, flaky communication, and undependable help, I would just forego attempting to treat my ADHD.
Do they have untreated ADHD people running this company?
Or do the people in the company try to treat their own ADHD but fail because their service is undependable?
In any case, I find it amazing that they never have any issue or never miss the days they take my money. That is always *very* consistent.
Amazing.

Difficult to Reach Customer Service
I have a really hard time getting in touch with my provider. My meds were marked as being sent to my pharmacy but my pharmacy does not have the prescription. I've called their phone number 50 times with no response and emailed every email available for 3 days. It was going well at first, but getting in touch with a real person is impossible. Not sure what to do.

I had one appointment with done
I had one appointment with done. It was uncomfortable but not awful.
I was consistently billed without follow up appointments and when I canceled they kept emailing me asking for feedback.
I gave my feedback and my issues and they skipped entirely over that and asked me to pay another month to get restarted.
I do not recommend this company to anyone struggling.
