We received a grant.

The process was easy and the donation to my designated non-profit was prompt.

I read their "free/no cost to me" marketing, later finding the fine print that they take 3% of the donation amount away from the non profit recipient for nothing more than initiating the request. I could have sent the same request to the brokerage holding the stock just as easily and saved them stealing 3% from the non-profit. So I contacted the non-profit after two weeks just to make sure the request was submitted and they have not received it yet.

We are just getting started but customer service has been excellent at answering questions. We are very excited to be involved with this program.
