Dollar TreeReviews of dollartree.com

Dollar Tree is a great place to shop. They always have most, if not all, of the things I happen to need. I never have a problem finding a friendly employee to answer my questions. Bargains everywhere. I don't understand all of the negative reviews. Maybe they are confusing DT with the . 99 Cents Store. I love the Dollar Tree!

i got scammed out of a couple dollars. Expect all electronics too be non-functional . No refunds after scamming people like this is very scummy.

I am a frequent shopper of the Dollar Tree on Middle Neck Road , and i usually find everything to my liking. I was in the beauty isle looking for a specific type of make up and wasnt able to find it on the shelf. Cas i believe her name is was very very helping and went in the back stopped what she was doing to assist me. She was able to find not only one but 2 full boxes of foundation i needed. I bought them both. She needs a raise everytime im their shes working hard running around helping everyone.

I suggest everyone to utilize this. Yes it is cool and i'm happy with the services they provide best services.

Dollar tree has the worst customer service. I placed an order online on May 19th got and email on May 28th that it had shipped and would be at my store on the 30th. I call my store on the 1st because had no updates and still not in. Was told to call back on the 6th. Called customer service and they could not answer any questions on where the order was and would not cancel my order. Never again will I use Dollar Tree direct.

The dollar tree in Kenosha Wisconsin on 52nd street is horrible. Filthy and not stocked. Will never go back to this one. The 3 women employees were all standing around. I went in for a gift bag. One on the pegs and nothing where it could be reached. I had to use the shelf to stand on. I will go to the others in Kenosha where the shelves are stocked and the place is clean. And may I add I had to step over garbage to get in the store. Apparently there is no store manager.

same issue as everyone else bought a bag US dollars, of course, they take the money lucky it was PayPal this was a gift that is now late for gifting Then no email to contact so I lodged a dispute with Paypal then I get an email from them saying it's on its way and a week later still not here PLUS their email is bouncing back this is the last time i will buy any sponsored add shopping on line im over it !

I placed an order on 4/1/2019 and the estimated delivery date was 4/12/2019. They claim that the order would be shipped to the store within 10 business days and that is a complete lie!! I checked on the status of the order a few days after placing it and found that the estimated delivery date of 4/19/2019, an entire week later. I called 1(877)530-8733 regarding this sudden change and I was reassured that it would definitely be there by the 12. Low and behold, 4/12 comes and it is not there, nor do they communicate with me that it was delayed. It doesn't arrive until 4/19/2019, just like the new "estimated" date stated and when I contact them to complain they are no help at all. At first I thought I was emailing a computer because I kept getting a generic message that it was "the delivered status and should be ready for pick-up" multiple times which was annoying in itself, but when I explained everything again, and requested some type of compensation, it was ignored, all they kept doing, without even acknowledging my requests, was offering to call the store and have them put the order back on the sales floor and issue a refund. Totally unacceptable!!! If you can avoid buying from them, AVOID IT!!!
