The store at 78th and Portland in Bloomington Minnesota is a mess! Unstocked shelves, items littering the aisles, boxes in the aisles, and disgusting. I go there occasionally because it is close to me, but I go out of my way most of the time to a cleaner, well stocked store with very caring employees. I would think the company would want to change the reputation of the unkept store. I love the Dollar Store but the store in Bloomington MN is too awful for me.

I placed my first order with dollartree.com and it took roughly a week for my items to arrive at the store. I ordered bulk vases for my wedding. All were well packaged and undamaged. They even brought them out to my car and loaded them for me. Wouldn’t hesitate to order site to store again!

I usually shop at dollar tree in Waycross GA. Most all the time store busy. The clerks are running registers. This store is always half stock. I alway have been to other the one in Blackshear and Brunswick looks so clean and well stocked with items that was not at Waycross store. The clerks are always friendly and helpful but the need some help stocking and the store needs to be sent item like these other stores. It just blew my mind how these stores looked and how neat and clean

I live in Georgia and shop dollars trees frequently. Today I stopped at store#7156 in Hinesville, Ga. After locating all my items and proceeded to check out, the line was pretty long. Myself and a few other customers was discussing the fact that on a Sunday afternoon and only one clerk. The clerk Eddie was outside, and when asked if there was anyone to help. HE BECAME VERY RUDE, AND UNCONCERNED OF THE ATTITUDE HE HAD. Even, began to smerk at me. The young lady was very apologetic and eased the others customers. Everyone was appalled at the actions of one of your associate.

Sales Associates Lisa Store location 2054 on NE Barry Rd in Kansas City, Mo On this particular morning I was trying get an item for home and met Lisa. Apparently she was new and excited about her job and providing customer service. In these days that is a bad word. Get them in and our as fast as possible; not really concern about the paying customer. Well Lisa show that will be an asset to this company. Great job Lisa and hope everything works out for you.

I went to the Dollar Tree store in Crystal Lake, IL to do a return (wrapping paper, bows, and ribbons). Instead of issuing me a cash refund, cashier "Jamie" charged me for everything. I asked her "where is my cash?", she didn't really know what to do. Then the store manager came by and told me that they will only do exchanges for returned items. Why didn't Jamie tell me that? I told Jamie that she had a "duh" moment, and then both ladies told me to shut up. I have never in my life been treated so rude, and by BOTH women??? What ever happened to "the customer is always right?" I think that Jamie should have been written up and warned, since she does not know her job.
