Dollar TreeReviews of dollartree.com

Storm lake Iowa has a new dollar tree! However this dollar tree is the dirtiness, least organized, & unfriendly store I have ever been too! First the entry & floors are very dirty! The bathroom is very gross! Poop in the floor & disgusting! There are products all over the floor! There shelves were not stocked! The staff were unfriendly & did not pay attention to the customer!?

I love Dollar Tree on Fort Apache and Sunset!! The staff is always nice and the Manager Kari is amazing! I come in there at least 2-3 times a week and she is always there with such a good attitude and is always helpful, i feel so bad for her because the store is always so busy and it is only ever just her and one other cashier and she goes back and forth helping cashier and then goes back to cleaning the store so we can have a better experience every time! I come in the morning sometimes when it is slow and they have 6 people working just standing around, They need to have more staff at night, as it is not fair to the customers who have to wait in line forever when it reaches to the end of the aisle or their 2 employees! I used to come in the morning because it is slower but the staff isn't very friendly, the Manager Gloria has such a nasty attitude and is not much help and acts like she doesn't want to be there or assist any customers, she is very rude!! I feel that they need to give the 2 employees there at night more respect as they probably don't make much money and looks like the do everything! Dollar Tree needs to assess their workers and manage their customer volume better ! Overall Dollar Tree is my favorite place and i love it!

I visited the local Dollar Tree #7217 in Corbin, KY, which is the one I always go to. Upon reaching the register, there was a cashier standing in the one next to me. She told me I had to go to the other one. So, I happily obliged. I get to the next one and stand there for over 5 minutes. As the employees were all gathered in the office and chatting. One would randomly yell out the door that someone would be out in a minute. Yet the entire store was full of people and I had been in line for a while. Once an associate had reached the register, they scanned my 4 items and proceeded to scan other items on the belt even though I was standing there telling her that they were not mine. They belonged to an elderly person who had been standing there the same amount of time I had been and walked away for a minute to grab something else. The cashier never thanked me for coming in and just threw my receipt on the counter. It was terrible! Not sure I'd go back. I'll be looking at other options.

I went to the Dollar Tree in Port Clinton, Ohio. I usually have no problems. Before I leave a store I usually always check my receipt. Well this day I was in a hurry and didn't check it. I get home, look at my receipt and see that the cashier named Annie had charged me 3 times for a canned good I had purchased. I only got 1. I called right away and she answered the phone. I explained what had happened. She acted like she couldn't have done that or anything wrong. She said to count my items. She said if she had she would have taken them off while scanning. I was so taken aback with her attitude. I then gathered all of my purchased items and went right back up there. I spoke to a very nice girl and I explained everything. She was very kind about it and refunded my $2.00. I don't know if she was a manager or not. No questions asked and the problem was taken care of. I saw Annie in there but I wasn't going to mess with her and her attitude. I was already irritated with her.

Why are your stores in Harlem, NY so nasty and filthy? I went to your website to put in a complaint. You have no contact information. Although, you have a bogus contact link, it doesn't allow me to contact your company. Why are so many shelves empty? The elevator was so disgusting, I didn't want to get in it. There's dirty white powder all around it as if they were trying to exterminate roaches. The store entrance is in desperate need of paint. It's not a reflection of your store images online. Maybe your stores in upscale locations look like those images online. Why is that? All locations are paying the same price for the merchandise...[$1]!!! Please fix up the stores in your low income locations. The staff is very pleasant but the stores are filthy.

I visited Dollar tree today in Woodstock ga off of bells ferry rd. The cashier was not friendly at all during the check out process. I didn't catch his name.. Young Caucasian male, I think he had a tattoo... Anyway, I asked about returning some picture frames that i didn't get a receipt for and he said we do exchanges with receipt. I asked can you look ( before I could say my credit card information he cut me off and said nope need original receipt) Even if not opened. I called 3 other stores and asked the samething just to see, they all said the samething ( As long as it wasn't open i could do an in store exchange) Why is it the Woodstock store say something different from 3 other stores... Did I look like a suspicious Black woman in a store I've been shopping at for years, and mind you have exchanged before having my receipt and no one asked for it, because everything is a freaking $1. . Dollar tree please speak to your people about customer service. I would hate to think I was racially profiled

I went to the location in North Brunswick NJ yesterday to get flowers and I see you are selling BOLLS OF COTTON on sticks! I don’t care what people are decorating their homes with or would find a need for them. This is racially and morally offensive to ALL African Americans!! Like I said in my FB Messenger message to you, after all the contributions that we have made to this country after being forced to come here to pick this crap offensive. We picked cotton and STILL we helped contribute to this country and invented to help mankind. I posted a picture on FB.

The store is always always a mess. There’s never any room to move around and shelf’s are empty. General manager don’t know how to get it done.
