Let me tell you about my last dollar tree shopping experience. I couldn't find six items I was looking for. The only employee that was working on the floor had a cast on his arm. I asked him if he could help me and he dropped everything he was doing to help. He found most of the items out I. The isles but when he couldnt find the last one he went to the back and found a case. He was so helpful and kind and thanked me and said have a wonderful day. He must be some dedicated worker to work with a cast on his arm. This was in Columbus Indiana off highway 31. I hope his boss sees this because he exceeded all my expectations. I didnt see his nametag so I dont know his name.

My experience at the Dollar Tree at 8920 Patterson Ave.23229 is always an extremely pleasant one. thanks to the staff there. The sales associate Mabel is more than helpful. She's friendly and kind and I've noticed she knows her regular customers. She will help any customer with a smile and a wonderful attitude. The manager there is very nice and helpful. She will stop whatever she'd doing to help a customer locate what they're looking for. I will always shop at this store because they make you actually feel like valued customers.

Once again Sandy from Dollar Tree at Puente Hills, California did it again. She remembered what I am looking for last time and she found it for me. For a senior citizen like me I so pleased with Sandy's help. The best customer service I ever had. Thank you Sandy.

HARRISBURG ILLINOIS dollar tree is beyond hideous! There is trash and empty boxes all through the store. The store manager, opens boxes and leaves them in mid-aisle too let customers go through them because he is too lazy to put them on pegs like a GOOD STORE MANAGER WOULD. Also would like to add Johnathon (store manager) degrades his employees in front of customers. (Hints: how I know this personally, I have witnessed it, I am a everyday shopper for other people that need their things from dollar tree, or I would not be going there PERIOD!) It a pitiful, PITIFUL DISGRACE to even walk into. It’s very sad to watch the store go down hill very fast if not out of business after a year of this man being in charge. IN STORE there are so many complaints. Long lines. Rude and hateful employees. No one wears a mask as they should. They walk around using false language and using hand gestures towards each other in front of customers. I would defiantly not take my children in with my (6&8) they defiantly will catch it and ask what and why and how can they behave that way! It was never like this until recently. It has fallen drastically and I’m very unsure of what the reasoning is, (the store manager has been there a few months from what I have gathered) and to be honest, he’s ran it into the ground! I pray whoever is over him, checks in without notice to see how that store is ran!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I work at 38000 Ann Arbor Rd, Livonia, MI Dollar Tree. Our store is AWESOME and our customers tell me that on the daily! Great Team, super fantastic customers, well organized and so many new and familiar products. No plug here, just speaking the truth.

Ok, The Truth, The Whole Truth and Nothing But.... I am a health enthusiast and have kids... mom was a Registered Nurse.for just under half of a century, Sis and six relatives on Mom's side of the family as well... I bought half a dozen thick bar style drinking glasses, heavy, strong, etc... and questioned the validity of Lead Content In The Glass for All of Our safety. No Phone calls were answered and nothing of any validity was brought forth other than asking me to waste time on the Website that will supposedly answer a number of general questions, in other words. My babies are more valuable that life itself to me... Soooooo! What was I to do, return the merchandise as has taken place a few times over the many years for one reason or another. The drinking glasses were more or less untouched other than to documentation of the details on the sticker. It had the Greenbriar International name on it and I inquired by 3very means available to no avail. Dollar Tree has a base in Canada from what was read. They bring merchandise in to The USA from all over the world and one of the import promoters goes by Greenbriar International... We (The US government) now have begun to limit imports for varying reasons (health included) and it seems that they are importing merchandise through Canada in order bypassing the rules. Back to family, glass from Overseas is often tainted with lead which we all know is not healthy, and to think of all of the United States Citizens with health problems... I returned to the Dollar Tree in Ashburn, Virginia and spoke with the Manager. As I walked into the door nearest the cash register, the clerk witnessed me enter. The manager came over and told me that she would gladly reimburse me, although the rules have changed, The Customer Must Have The Receipt Under All Circumstances. I told her that the cashier witessed my entrance and the material in my possession... No Sir, With the New Rules, Have A Nice Day! The safety of my family Is Top Priority... I no longer shop at Doller Tree and would suggest that you question everything, I Mean Everything... Save A Buck, Loose A Life! Is it worthwhile??? I'll go to CostCo Now!!! Your Friend!

Was in dollar tree in South Burlington Vt today and yes I bought grocery items. The older gentleman at the cash register named Brian, comment he made was uncalled for, he mumbled " this isn't a friggin grocery store". Well Mr Brian you sell all those items and if I want to buy them then yes I can. I did call back and talk with the manager, maybe an attitude adjustment will be made.
