My sister and I were at the dollar tree on 28th Street in Grand Rapids MI HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE The employees were so rude and not helpful at all. The store was a mess! Very dirty and dusty and not organized. Then to top it all of my little sister has a medical note stating for personal health reasons (and HIPAA) she can not wear a mask. She was sworn at by the cashier and the people in line with us for not wearing one. We were told they wouldn’t take our money because of that so we left.

Was in the Dollar Tree on Courthouse Road in Gulfport. There were boxes of glassware on the floor in the isles, broken glass on the shelves, empty shelves and end caps. Employees did not have name tags. The refrigerator section was bare. There was trash on the floor and when I got to the register, I had to wait for the cashier to finish her conversation with another employee before she decided to check us out after waiting for 1 minute too long, very unprofessional.

Just left the store at shops-I was trying to reach a set of steak knives that was on a peg hook at the very top about 7 feet high. I asked the cashier if there was a step stool she said she didn’t know. I asked if she could ask her manager she walked away. I waited 5 minutes only to see she was ringing on her register. I went over to see if she asked the manager- she said yes, but the manager didn’t know where it was and she would help when she was finished ringing. The line was all the way to the back of the store. Manager never came out to help her ring or to assist me. I climbed the shelve and used a spatula to get the knives- this happens all the time in that store-management or other older cashiers hide in that c cubicle office in the front and let the young cashiers ring by themselves. 3 people in front of me left the store. The service is horrible and store is a mess- will not be shopping at your stores anymore and I know I’m not alone

The Dollar Tree at 1224 W. Pawnee in Wichita KS is always neat and clean, the shelves are well stocked and the staff is friendly; unlike the store at 4866 S. Broadway which looks like a war zone most of the time - it is dirty, has merchandise all over the floor and the shelves are not stocked. I will not go in that store again!! I will shop at 1224 W. Pawnee!!

being assistant manager at this store, 00773, has been up & down, but mostly down. even coming in as a customer is just sad to see. the manager sits in office all shifts, does no delgating or management, is allowing dollar tree to lose hundreds of dollars everyday by not stocking himself, or giving proper directions to stockers on filling empty shelves that are very large right now & that are products that are sold frequently. he does zero as manager. then there assistant manager amanda, he thinks she knows policies & what the store or customers want or need. well, not, she does not listen to others, does not follow policies or stocking guides, or listens to what really needs done. what she does all day long is rearrange shelves that are not right which wastes time productivity that should be used to get stuff out to be sold to make money. what a waste and all she does everyday is call the area supervisor & waste his time complaining about nothing, just as a former asm did. this store has gone so far down hill no one wants to work there, the employees now there see how bad it is so they do little or nothing or whatever they want because that is how management is. Wow. the customers i spoke with wish i was around to help. they stop coming because the store is empty or the employees are out of there minds, quoted. customers complain everyday how corporate will not put more than one cashier on so the lines get so large they leave, they go somewhere else. there is too much going on that i see no one to help out, no one. putting bandaides on is not helping. it is getting bad, but sad. the two mnanagers mentioned, need to go!!!!!

Love this company! Everything really is 1$!! Come here when I just need a whole bunch of stuff! Sure these might not be the best quality items but it will get you out of a tight spot on a low budget! Also they have nearly everything you’ll need!

I am new to Warwick, RI and just love shopping at your 1800 Post Rd. #12 location. Each visit I have a young girl named Barbara ring me out. Time after time she smiles, asks the appropriate questions, and always goes out of her way to be extra helpful. She is delightful! If I still had my stores, I would recruit her. I delight shopping knowing she will make my experience extra nice.

I ordered products to be picked up in store, and they didn’t arrived on the date I was given & still haven’t arrived! I called Dollar tree.com & keep getting the run around.
