I am very disappointed. their irresponsibility ruined my daughter's wedding. I bought sets of a minimum of 50 water glass, 50 charger plates, 50 champagne flute. it came just 33 charger plates and 7 was broken and just 36 water glass. I just found out on the time I was setting the tables. also when I went to pick it up in store there was just one attendant to pick up the boxes and working as a cashier. it took so long for me and for the clients on the big line. I can not understand how they have 5 stars on there site if here almost costumers are giving them bad reviews?

The Dollar Tree in general are poorly managed, these stores are like something out a Third World country, minus the zombie apocalypses. I have on my occasions experienced rude employees who like to ignore customers, and complain about their jobs, while on a personal phone calls, and or on the clock. The upper management is no better, as it seems they take pride in making sure their workers dwell in an unsafe work environment!. As a customer I am appalled at the many factual stories I have herd from the poor souls that had the pleasure of working for The Dollar Tree; and by my own experience as a consumer. At some point Cooperate America needs to understand that, "happy workers are productive workers", it is a very simple concept to grasp, as it is not rocket science, it is basic Supply & Demand which we all learned about in grammar school... To Quote Sir Thomas More, a nobleman from the 15th century, "A Country's Character is defined by its everyday roughnecks (workers), they are the legs we stand on, and that position demands respect"!. As it seems the Human race has not come very far when it pertains to the treatment of our "roughnecks" and the respect and dignity they deserve!. Perhaps The Dollar Tree Corporation, can backpaddle their Capitalist employment policies and pioneer a new path on the larger road of equality and productivity for all of their workers from top to bottom... Do better Dollar Tree!. .

I wish I could give negative stars but it wasn’t an option . I ordered a case of water online March 6 it’s now may 29th and still no delivery. I’ve called repeatedly for days at a time, couldn’t get an agent to the phone only automated service and my option wasn’t an option so I’m just stuck

Went to 3 DT in Florence, Erlanger area nothing stocked. Then go to Dollar General nothing stocked. Trying to find a child a medicine dropper. Hire more workers or close down. It cost money to drive to all these stores and NOTHING stocked

I wish I would have read these reviews first. DO NOT order from Dollar Tree online. Worst experience. I ordered a quantity of 96 frames - 8 boxes. It took 2 weeks before my order even shipped. Following that I received an email that my order was ready to be picked up. I arrived and they only had one out of 8 of my boxes. I wanted all of them and they said I needed to wait another week for the additional boxes as they missed the truck. It has been 2 MONTHS and I still don’t have my product and they won’t give me a refund. The Dollar Tree location was trying to help in giving me the boxes of frames they had. I thought It was very customer friendly. Until I realized they were the wrong frames and now they won’t take them back, telling me all they’re willing to do is an exchange. Otherwise I have to call customer service which I have. You wait on hold for at least half an hour every time you call. Once I got through to someone they told me to take the frames to the store. I did and the store refuses to take them back. Dollar Tree is the WORST! Again - DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!! It’s a joke ... they have no idea how to ship boxes of product, there is not communication between DollarTree.com and store locations.

I ordered some lotion from Dollar Tree online. I noticed a mistake on the order when they emailed me the receipt. I called about 10 minutes after I submitted the order online and asked them to undo the mistake or refund the money. It had not been shipped yet. Their customer service rep immediately told me that there was nothing she could do. I pressed the issue because again, the order had not been shipped yet and I had ordered it minutes prior. Still, no empathy, no consideration, not one effort to try and resolve the issue, so I asked to talk to her supervisor. She put me on hold for ten minutes then came back and said that she sent my complaint higher up and that was all she could do. I asked for a complaint number. She said it wasn't available and that they may call me back. A few days later they charged my card anyway and shipped the product. I will never shop from this company again and recommend to my shopping and golf clubs not to so as well.
