This locations is nearest my home so I have visited a number of times. Pros: It is clean, organized and very well stocked. Also good lighting and decent hours of operation. Store #5697 Cons: Which is why this is not given 5 or even 4 stars. Customer service here is bad. I never get greeted when I walk in and the employees are rude. Linda even went out of her way to ignore me while checking out. I understand that it is next door to the DMV, so some people are probably in a bad mood. Still everyone should be greeted the same.

I ordered kites in spring and it was going to take 2 weeks to ship. I went to a local store and immediately purchased the products. I then tried to return the kites only to be told that the store won’t accept returns and it’s not likely to get my money back. Quite frustrating dealing with a company that doesn’t honor their return policy at a physical location when you purchase something online.

Used to be a five-star company. However, they laid off a lot of their head office employees. In Burnaby, BC, Canada. Since then, the stores have been selling merchandise of lower quality. Store staff have become fewer. Often, there is nobody at the check out.

I was searching the internet to make a review for the Dollar Tree Stores. I'm very glad to be able to give a review to this company. In less then 6 months this company charge me twice in less than a minute. I have instant access to my account and a despute has been filled again this company by my back. Apparently there system recognize the transaction and it make a reversal credit. In the previous incident the bank got involved. Never use debit or credit card's to pay at this Store's.

I went the dollar store on 07/04/2021 . The address for this location is 922 N Main Street Suffolk va , 23434 . The store number is 4555. I am missing several items in my bags . I check in my car ,everywhere , and my items are still missing .I called and spoke with the assistant manager and explained that some items were were missing and he told me it was my responsibility to keep up with my bags . I asked if he could check the camera and he refused to . However , when one of the dollar tree associates was ringing my items . I noticed that some of my items were dropped . The assistant manager was very rude . He never greeted me , he never stated his name, and and it seemed that he had a very short temper . I am highly disappointed to have been treated this way and believe that this incident should be made an aware of and also my items that are missing I would like to receive them back as well .

I just visited the East Norriton location. It's a hot day. I had some ice cream I wanted to purchase. There were two lines. I went to the shorter one, hoping my ice cream would not melt. I know how tough the lines can be, so I try not to complain. The man ahead of me, however, wanted 4 balloons inflated. The cashier wouldn't ring me up for five items quickly. I normally expect to wait, but since I wanted to buy items with a short shelf life outside of the freezer, I expected to be waited on first. Common sense and reasonable, I thought. Had I been the one purchasing balloons or the cashier, I would be very understanding to the next person in line. (BTW, when I get balloons inflated at Dollar Tree, I wait in line, I tell the cashier what I want inflated, then I go shop for other items, then I wait in line AGAIN to pick up my balloons and be rung out. Silly me for being a considerate person!). The cashier knew I had ice cream and didn't even try to ring me up. Seriously bizarre. I left in disgust at how rude and inappropriate her response was.

They have cute things in stock, but they always have very long lines. And only some of the locations have a public bathroom. There’s also stacks of boxes everywhere, it’s a maze trying to walk around. We went by Easter, there was one cashier, and the line wrapped around and down the aisle. The manager who was there just continued putting out Easter decorations instead of helping to cashier. The cashier charged us wrong and didn’t know how to fix it to give us cash back, so we told her we’d just go grab more stuff.

I shopped in the Bayshore store today. Today was bit a good day for cashier “John”. Not only did he not have a name tag on but a SERIOUS attitude. I said hello, he ignored me and started ringing my items up without a word. In fact, he started throwing my items I. The bag. Not good young man. YOU should have called out if you didn’t want to work today.
