I was in the Hooksett NH location. Store is so clean and well stocked. Renee and Jay were the employees there. So pleasant and helpful. I felt terrible they're so short staffed but those ladies seem to be keeping it together. I found everything I was looking for.

Good afternoon This review is for Bartow Ave The Bronx. Is a manager there call Cristina very nasty disposition. I when to her in a polite way to ask her to help me because I had to go to work. And she came with a very nasty actitude. Someone like that should not be in charge on managing a store. On the contrary Nichole the sale associated very nice and helpful person.

There is a young manager at the Oro Valley location. Named Rachael. Very rude. She needs to be fired. This manager feels the more a customer buys, the longer they should wait. She kept taking the customers in back of me, asking me to wait. I finally spoke up and told them I waited on the same line the rest of the customers did. She didn’t like that and told if I didn’t like it, I could leave. I have never been asked to leave a store because I wanted to be rung up when it was my turn. Unbelievable and oh so rude. I will be calling corporate on this, this so called kiddo manager has so much to learn about customer service. There was two of them, they could have opened another checkout and avoided all this unnecessary chaos

Recently, I went to my Dollar Tree in Beaver Dam, WI, which is my store of choice. Employees are always kind and curious. When things are not on the shelf I have been directed to where some boxes may be, so I can look and get items myself, which is no problem for me. The boxes are sometimes placed outside the restroom. I went in for bleach and none was on the shelf, so I went to where the boxes might be kept by the restroom. Sure enough, there was a box of bleach, so I opened it and grabbed 2 bottles and put them in my cart. A bathroom door opened, and an employee named Sandy saw what I was doing, came out of the restroom and said, "You could have asked someone for help". I said, "I've been told in the past, if I don't see it on the shelf, I can look for it here". In a sarcastic way, she said, "Really"? I was just about to walk away, then turned back toward her and said, "You could have also filled the shelf too". I do not need this kind of attitude or to be treated with disrespect when coming into your store. If this continues, I will shop elsewhere. I tried to contact Dollar Tree for an hour online, and its security settings would not let me contact them. I really don't feel like calling. I've never had this type of problem before.

This is the worst part of my day, is going in this store. There was 16 people in line, no exaggerating, and still no call for back up. Finally when enough people grumbled about it, the manager slugged out from the office, must have taken a break from facetime & utube, to slowly take a few customers. It's the same thing every time you're in there. I've been trying for 1+ month to find sugar, but NO. God knows there's probably boxes out back, but you have a better chance of hitting the lottery, than the store getting stocked. If you see something you need buy a few bc between the workers taking all the good stuff, & small stores buying 59 of one item, you really can't get what you need.

This is a review for online ordering. Online ordering with Dollar Tree is a nightmare. On their end it shows label created with UPS but shipment never leaves, it stays in never never land. I called Dollar Tree to inquire, they said it was shipped and to call UPS but UPS says they never picked it up and to call Dollar Tree. No one has a clue at Dollar Tree. Finally, after calling 7 times, I got someone on the phone w/ a brain who said the item was not in stock. I was issued a refund but had I not spoken to this particular person, I would still be waiting. Also, this has happened to me before with purchasing plate set. I should have learned my lesson the first time. Their website inventory is not updated so you will not know and by then it's too late, they got your $$. Do NOT buy from them online. You have been warned.

I shop at Store #1102, Converse, TX whenever I am in the area. It is the cleanest, best organized, best stocked of any Dollar Tree I have visited over the past year. I live within 3-5 miles of 8-10 Dollar Trees and this one is by far the best. Thank you to the management team of Store #1102.

I forgot my card at the 1st and Grant location. Thomas the manager searched and returned it to me. What a pleasant experience.
