Hi I just went to the dollar tree to find out that is no longer a dollar tree I can not believe you raise the price to $1.25 I used to love this store but I am sorry I won't pay more than $1 that was the only reason I was shopping there for so many years and I know that you are going to lose many customers just like me and in the future very soon you will end closing the stores, because the customer were i went today they were complaints about the price and they hardly bought nothing I use to spend $15 to $20 and today I can only spend $3 remember we loose money if you buy $4 items now is $5 plus tax we loose $1 that is not right please go back to $1 they are lots of people that are very poor and that's the most they can afford they can not pay more than $1 thank you .

The new program to keep full shelves may just work. Raising prices 25% just might dissuade enough regular shoppers to consider alternative stores and the shelves won’t be so empty.

If your going to raise prices clean up you stores they are Horrible stuff all over the floors and looks like a twister went through all the stores Margate/ North Lauderdale etc. And the employees are nasty and so miserable I will not shop at Dollar tree 1.00 was to much for all the crap that's been in the stores

I visited the location on Plank Rd in Fredericksburg, VA. The store was crowded. So, I walked up to the check-out line where the associate had her light with the number turned on. In there, her co-worker right next to her didn't have his light on and was just standing there. He was looking down and trying his best to not make eye contact with customers. It didn't appear that he wanted to assist anyone. I noticed a customer had to ask, "Are you open?" Customer service skills need to be improved tremendously!

I visited the Dollar Tree at 700 South Kings Hwy. in Myrtle Beach SC and heard the cashier and manager tell a Vietnam that they did not want him visiting the store after he asked to use the restroom and was told there is no public restrooms. I notice the Veteran was in a wheel chair and was wondering what about the ADA act. I questioned the store manager and was told to leave since the DT needed no veterans or supporters of veterans visiting their stores Tue 5:32 PM You sent The DT must be in co-hoots with China and

Ordered $96 of glassware a corporate project. Paid $99 in shipping. Received the package with 10 percent of the product broken/crushed. Contacted customer service who told us we needed to return the product to a store in order to receive replacement items. Ridiculous. Not only should the items have been replaced free of charge but we should have been credited something for the excessive freight charges. $99 in shipping should have had these items delivered in pristine condition.

I was in store # 8706 in Springdale, AR about 2pm and purchased 24.08 in items and I went to pay with a 100.00 bill the young check out man was not happy about this. He opened his drawer and decided he did have change at that point i gave him 8 cents and the 100.00 bill. With an attitude he said "oh you are gonna give me coins now" he was holding 75.00 in his hand. I said yes here is 8 cents now I owe you 24 dollars, he looked at the other clerk neither knew what to do. I said you owe me 76.00. He took another dollar out of the drawer and piled the cash in my hand and said here. He was very agitated. Your employees need to understand basic math and if you do not take cash or a large bill then that should be posted.
