Do not shop in Pasadena shopping center St. Petersburg FL. I was charged $26 for 19 items. Yep. When I asked she re ring them up she refused. She also did an exchange in the middle of my transaction probably on purpose to confuse me. She refused to give me a receipt. Thieves work at this dollar tree. And convenient enough she had no name tag. When I asked for a manager she said I’m it. Low class thieves is all they are.

Shout out to the store manager in Midvale and the cashier I think his name is Kai?? Always super friendly and very nice!!!

We went to the store at 2308 Fayetteville Rd Ste 400 in Van Buren, Ar nobody should want to shop here unless you want the cops called on you. We tried speaking to a manager about a transaction that showed it went through on our side but not there’s and when I asked for something showing it declined on their side the manager refused. When I asked to speak to somebody above her she instead called the police. Ignored me when I asked for her name and when I asked the store associate “Kenz” what her name was she proceeds to tell me she can’t give me her name..Really!! Nope she just did not want to get into trouble by her manager. A manager should ALWAYS be willing to give their name in issues like this.

Very disrespectful people work here. After being told our order was ready, we had to wait over an hour for the one arrogant and hateful person there to get it together. Afterwards she had the audacity to tell us if anything is wrong with the order that we could not return it. If it leaves the store, it is on us if it is wrong. We place a substantially large order, but I guess they really do not want repeat business. Springville, AL

I have been going to the Dollar Tree at Murfreesboro Rd Franklin TN for years, I love the store items, but customer service has always been awful, until the new employee named Dameon, he was very nice, ask how my day was going and did I find everything? This young man had a long line of customers. I saw 2 other employees just talking and laughing on of the isles and no one came to help him. Dameon was very professional. I've been back since and he was working the entire store by himself. This young man deserves a gold star.

Dollar Tree in Rocky Point, NY is absolutely awful! They have no clue how to manage a store and their employees don’t care about helping customers! I recently went into the Dollar Tree in Rocky Point to grab a few items for my children birthday. To my horror there was one cashier open and a line of customers all the way to the back of the store. When I asked the employee who was packing out merchandise in the next isle over if she could open another register because there’s a long line, she told me that they could only have one register open. This was absolutely outrageous! It was only after several customers started yelling about the long wait that the other employee working on the floor stomped over to a second register and demanded that the next customer on line come over to her. She also yelled to the other customers not to form a line at her register..What’s wrong with these people!!! How on earth is this place still in business??? I will never shop at this store again unless they install self-checkout! Dollar Tree you really need to evaluate the way you run your business and how you treat your customers!

Dollartree does not care if you have an IBS emergency. I tried to contact customer service no answer, left message, no response, then twitter, same thing. Had IBS emergency and the Apache Junction AZ store was practically empty, I asked the lady clerk franticly to use the bathroom and she said there is no public bathroom for use, even though I've used it in the past, probably over 3 years ago as I rarely left the house during covid. I asked to see her manager, who she paged and a said the same thing and then tells me to go to the Jack in the box about a block away. I told her I couldn't make it, and said again it's an emergency, and tried to open my iPhone, where I store my Crohn's disease card that asks if I can use the bathroom as a medical emergency. No, so cool calm nasty people. I said here's a few dollars, I'm a customer trying to buy something. I will never go in there again until this is rectified.

Store #8748 1955 Nw 9th Ave. Ft. Lauderdale. The Spanish lady Manager and some employees are very rude. They don't greet you or say have a nice day when you leave. I live walking distance from the store but if I had a car I would go elsewhere. The new cashier was rude Daysha was rude did not say good morning or have a nice day. Real ghetto. These people need serious training including the manager. I hope you all receive the help you need because an attitude like that, your store won't be in business long.
